To start, bad wifi signal in hotel but that is not even the major complaint. We had to get our key card access renewed most of each of the days we stayed there at Room 316 because for some reason the staff couldn't get the card access right each and every time. Quite a daily annoyance especially some nights when we got back late to the hotel and just wanted to get some rest. There was no breakfast for two of the days that we stayed and our room was not cleaned for two of the days that we stayed there. One of the days that there was no breakfast or room cleaning was because they were having their very Very important Christmas party which they thought it was appropriate to celebrate after New Years because they did not have a chance to celebrate it before. Sure, have your Christmas party whenever you want but don't let that affect your service which includes the hotel and staff not serving breakfast or cleaning room that specific day. Crazy. Front desk literally told me straight up that there would be no breakfast or room cleaning that day because they were celebrating their Christmas party. Breakfast is only a two hour window and one of the days they had only one remaining breakfast option because they ran out of the other options. Another day the individual who serves breakfast was nowhere to be found and we had to call front desk to summon such individual. The night before the last day we found a dead rodent lying near the front our hotel room but hey I am not even complaining about that. When checking out of the hotel the final day and I was paying the bill the guy at the front desk did not even have change readily available to give and was fumbling around trying to find extra change which he still could not come up with while our taxi was patiently waiting for us to get going and the front desk guy asked if I could buy some items from their small convenience store, which was 2 small racks holding items and a cooler fridge with drinks in order to make up for some of the difference they owed me but could not come up with. I am not even kidding. The front staff or reception do not seem to provide great service and with this specific individual and his lack of customer service, this guy did not seem like he cared much about working his job the first day he checked me into the hotel to the last day he checked me out of the hotel. If I were upper management I would consider replacing him quickly. Read moreThe hotel attendants are helpful and accommodating. They have allowed us to store our leftover on the fridge at the reception area. They also reheated the food the following morning and we ate it during breakfast with the hotel meal.
The hotel has a very good views. Very accessible to transport, restaurants, local market, and convenience stores. There's also an unusual gathering of thousands of birds around 5PM and stays at the electric power lines and cables until the next morning. You will be amazed too, for sure.
Our accommodation was on the 3rd floor, room 315. My friend already noticed the broken smart door lock. After our meal, so we went back to our room, then there's the problem now. We can't open the door with our key card . We tried so many times, and even called the hotel technician (not in hotel uniform) but even him, he can't open it. Until he forcefully use a PVC Card sliding it to the latch. It opens but we feel unsecured, so we ask the hotel attendant if we can transfer to other rooms but no more available room for the four of us. So, we stayed their in the same room and just hopes that we will be fine. I hope that by now upon you read this review, it is fixed already.

However, you could already tell that the hotel was made with profit as the primary goal, rather than providing service to customers. Hotel layout is terrible! Fast forward to 2022, the amenities have disintegrated, some rooms have broken knobs, not functioning aircon, key card is also not functioning (but there's no duplicate key!), the rooms reek of atrociously-smelling deodorizers, and corridor noise are uncontrolled and terrible specially at night!
