The food was wonderful, as always. Just wanted to share a little something about the service we experienced on our last visit.
When i walked in, I tried to catch the eye of one of the staff, but I honestly felt like I was getting a bit of a cold. So, I went to another crew instead. I was really hoping to get some breakfast, but since it was a little after 10, they said it was too late. Then, I asked if I could still get a hot chocolate and they said yes, so I was happy to stay.
But then, when I got to the cashier to order, I was told that the hot chocolate wasn't available anymore and gave me annoyed tone. It would have been nice if they'd said it a bit more kindly, you know? I was just asking. Later, when I asked to have my spaghetti boxed up to go, the crew just kind of wordlessly handed me a box and went back to chatting with their coworkers.
It seemed like there were plenty of people working that tjme, although I did notice a few tables that still needed to be cleared. I really hope this...
Read moreWe traveled from Davao City to Surigao City and stopped over at this branch to eat breakfast at around 5am. We used the electronic ordering system to order breakfast meals. When we got to the cashier, we were told that breakfast meals weren't available yet. Okay. We ordered Chickenjoy with macaroni soup meals only to be told there was no macaroni soup. We then ordered Chickenjoy with spaghetti and coffee, only to be told there was no coffee yet. The crew should have just said what was available so we didn't have to ask what we wanted to eat and find out it's not available yet. Turned out that only Chickenjoy and spaghetti were available, other items including burgers and burger steak weren't available. This crew was not even sleepy when we ordered. They were just gossiping with each other when we arrived and there were no other customers. Very...
Read moreJollibee is my absolute favorite place to eat when I visit the Philippines. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I especially enjoy waiting in the seats until my order is ready to be picked up. However, I’ve found the self-checkout kiosk a bit tricky. The person on front of me a local, had the same issue like me, one of the staffs come to help him and help others because it’s tricky. You have to select the amount of chicken pieces, drinks, etc which is a bit confusing. I wish they had a more intuitive icon like McDonald’s, where you can just tap on whatever you want, and if you want customize your order you click on the [Customize] icon. Overall, I still love Jollibee, but I think they could improve their self-checkout...
