Well its was a good hotrl but old one..need renovation and more fancy attraction but money wise you can try since its budget friendly.. 1st. The room was good enough for 2 person..have tv and Good AC tho old but cold. Curtain need chain..but the bedding was good tho..two soft pillows..cabinet broken but we never used it..2 chairs and table.. They have standby electric fan ready. NicE room tho 2nd. CR quite old but they had working heater so its a plus. No bidet but ready tabo and timba. Traditional filipino CR. Tho old and need cleaning but its okie. 3rd. Building quite old they had restaurant you can order also ready snack in the lobby and beverage you can add in the finally tally or room charge. Also had water refilling station beside. Free parking with standby security. 4th. Near town and can easily access market and other store and fastfood chains. Near hospitals too in emergency situation. 5th. Wifi on lobby yey it can reach your room if your in 2nd floor. fast wifi Over all stay was great. Since were looking for a budget stay only.

Cons, The building is old, same to the rooms, A/C, Toilet and Bath, with TV but no clear display, Free soap packed in a tissue and sealed with a scotch tape, and no free water or any compliments. Pros, near transportation, restaurants, and to other things you need. I stayed at 850 pesos A/C room (#310) but I don't feel if it's worth the rate.

Worst hotel ever. Ants were everywhere, very small rooms, horrible bathrooms, dirty sheets. Try other options but don't go there.

All in all, a fairly dismal place. Dirty (filthy?) stairs and corridors. Leaking plumbing. Noisy airconditioning (the AC in my room stopped working the first day, but to the credit of the staff, they came and got it running again). Broken furniture. Inattentive, indiffernt, largely unfriendly staff (except for the guard, who is outstanding: friendly and professional!). Lobby dimly lighted. Restaurant closed on Sunday, not even available for coffee. They claim to have wifi (available only in the lobby), but I was unable to connect the entire time there, despite repeated attempts. Towels a lot like industrial sandpaper.||||On the more positive side: The room did have hot water and a functioning TV (with a reasonable selection of channels). There was aircon (albeit noisy and dubious in functioning). The linens were reasonably clean. And the location, near the center of the city, is convenient. Price (I paid P950/night).||||If this hotel were anywhere other than a small provincial city, I would give it a "terrible" rating, but given the location I'll be generous and say "poor". The reality is that, with only a bit of management attention, small investments in cleaning and basic maintenance, and some additional training of the staff, this hotel could improve immeasurably. Why doesn't the owner take some initiative...

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I called two weeks prior to my intended stay to make a reservation, only to be told they wouldn't take my booking and asked me to call back a week later. When I followed their instructions and called a week later, I was informed there was no availability.||This level of mismanagement and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. A reliable hotel should be able to handle reservations efficiently and honor requests made well in advance. Instead, their poor communication and disorganized system left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute.||I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values their time or needs a dependable...
