Rotonda Cafe — Restaurant in San Jose

it's easy to find. There's only one "rotonda" within San Jose town so it's alnost impossible to get lost.

Space: 4 stars It's a small cafe which, I think, can accommodate 20 pax at most (more than that, it'd be too crowded).

I suggest to adjust the aircon temp. It's too hot when we ate there.

Food: I'll rate them them separately

~Ramen: 5 stars Yes! I'll say they serve the best ramen in town! I'll definitely eat here again to eat ramen. I strongly recommend this dish!!! ♥️♥️♥️

~Milktea: 4 stars Tastes good but 'lil bit sweet. Serving size is fine. Probably buy this again depending on my mood.

~Waffles: 4 stars Tastes good as well. Complements with brewed coffee or milktea. And it's relatively cheap.

~Shawarma 3 stars Honestly, other stores serve better shawarmas than this one. Also, it doesn't complement with other dishes they offer nor with their drinks. I'm not sure why they even include this in their menu.

~Chicken: 2.5 Sadly, it needs improvement as well.

~Pizza: 2 stars I'll be brutally honest with this. It doesn't taste good. Please fix the recipe and make sure it's well-cooked before making a delivery.

Overall, I'll still give 4 stars because of the ramen. We really love your ramen!!! We commend your efforts to serve as many dishes as you can BUT please focus on the taste.

Did some work the whole day there and have had a pretty much comfortable stay. I would commend them for opening for us as we're a bit early before the actual business hours.

Outlets are available and have fast wifi connection. One of the few food places I've seen with an air purifier, so you can say they're looking after their customers.

Servers are great and friendly. The variety of food choices is nice as well, as for someone who stayed the whole day. I do agree though that they may need to trim down the menu so they can focus more on the quality.

The waffles are nice and big and soft, I actually ordered it twice paired with the coffee. Fried dishes is oily but not to a point that it's off putting. Tea drinks are a little bit too sweet for me, but that's something that can be easily fixed. My friend ordered their spaghetti and ramen and liked it as well.

Overall it's nice and relatively cheap. You won't find something like this in Metro Manila. I was actually impressed how extensive their operations are, as they also accept curb side pick-up.Customers do call time to time so I guess the business is good. Would recommend if...

This place is really really comfortable to be in and the food options are massive!

We as a friend group really like this place because it has a little something from anyone. We loved the bingsu but I definitely got the best one since it was chocolate and my girlfriend even preferred it over her favorite matcha. The fries are a huge portion like the onion rings. The wings are pretty good. But the waffles are definitely the best since there are so many flavors to choose from and all of them are good, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside which is a perfect waffle.
