True and honest review.
Booked via facebook, communicated well with the owner thru phone call but I hope may separate contact number or person to immediately accommodate inquiries. But nevertheless, the owner was nice and friendly.
The place and the room were nice but as for the restroom the heater and exhaust fan are not working. Hence, kudos to the owner as she read all the reviews and take full considerations on their client's concern. Rooms are improved based on the previous photos that are provided by other clients.
(Disclamer, this is just a Heads up. This is OUR experience): But as for their staffs, one of them doesn't know how customer service works. She's not welcoming and VERY gloomy, it truly feels like their customers are the one whose bothering them or "her" just by being there. I also read a review that was posted here 5years ago with the same staff concern, and up until now it is still the same. We felt that every little thing we do, she sees (side eyeing, you actually can see her eyes na kada lakad nya sa ginagawa mo/nyo sya nakatingin, hindi sa dadaanan nya) and she will let you feel that "you are not welcome pero wala syang magagawa kasi nagbayad kayo to stay there". I'm not the only one who encountered her attitude that night, but most of my friends.
One scenario is that we politely asked her, "Maam, may bakery po bang malapit dito?", she then sarcastically said, "malayo, dun pa sa labas, ang dami nyo nang dinaanan papunta dito di pa kayo bumili" (end of the conversation. we are completely in shock and nanahimik na lang dahil nag pantig tenga namin). It is really frustrating to encounter that kind of unprofessionalism, in any kind of business towards their customer especially where most of their client are tired with all the hours spent on the road travelling. It also looks like namimili lang sya ng gusto nyang i-accommodate at yung itatrato nya with hospitality.
You are blessed if you weren't able to encounter this "staff" during your stay, kasi maiinis ka talaga hanggang sa pag tulog mo sa ugali nya. She actually is the highlight of our stay, to be honest. Nagbago din attitude nya all of the sudden nung dumating na yung owner sa Transient House.
Again, the staff thing is just a heads up and not in any way badly affects Ma'am Aileen's business or Prince Transient House. She is very nice, accommodating and friendly, our transaction is smooth and will definitely go back. (Hope their customer service improves)

Since we arrived from the location we already informed her that we will check out 5am in the morning then this happen. We're already sleeping then in the middle of our sleep staff came knocking at our door, coz our car is in the way (they should have been said or advice in the first place not to park there) knowing that the other car will come out at night or when they saw us when we come back from dinner.
Very Noisy. Bedsheets are poor quality. No toilet cover. Very rude and not accomodating.

Read moreThe service is very good : they help you for island transfer (tickets/ police control / departure hour etc). You feel like you are dealing with a travel company. For our part we did San Jose (Mindoro) to Coron. We had about 2 h delay (they take long time to carry the goods on the boat -it is a cargo boat - so we leaved at 11AM instead of 9AM) + 7h on the ship.
Appart that the otel is modest, just enough for one night when waiting for your transfer.
