Acuaverde Nature Resort — Hotel in San Juan

My friends and I were not satisfied with our stay due to the following reasons:

Overpriced for the quality of the resort, food and beach.

Dinner and breakfast buffet is included in the room price. The food is just okay. Some are good, some are not.

We had our lunch in their resto, food was served an hour later so they were already cold and the taste is bland.

The beach sand is a bit rocky.

Room and bathroom locks are faulty.

We had such a wonderful stay at Acuaverde Resort! The place itself is beautiful and relaxing, but what truly made our experience special was the amazing hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant team. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. The food was also delicious. Wonderful pet friendly resort! Spent a weekend here with my family and there were probably only two or three families there with us, allowing us to enjoy the privacy of the beach. Great rooms and staff service. They also gave my dog treats and toys to play with....
