Pearl Platinum Hotel — Hotel in San Pablo

The room I got was small but clean. My friend was not so lucky. The room they gave him hasn’t been cleaned of the previous occupant’s trash. He was transferred to a different room after we complained. They have a big parking area. The room I was assigned to has air conditioning, cable tv, comfortable fleece blanket and hot/cold shower. WiFi in my room was decent at around 3 mbps. They also provided a towel, a pair of rubber slippers, a small bar of soap, a sachet of shampoo and toothpaste and a toothbrush. Toilet tissue roll was sparse. The room was quiet though my friend who stayed in another room by the street was disturbed by the tricycles and its drivers who were just outside beneath her assigned room. If you are looking for a cheap, clean place where you would only sleep and take a shower in, then this place would be good enough. Considering their price, please do not expect too much. Their service is reasonable for the price...

cheap hotel.. we stay for 5days. weve got family room 4 heads.. we paid around 1400 for 12 hrs and after you check out you will recieve refund of 200 pesos for security deposit total of 1200.. plus if you have senior citizen with, it will less 200(not exact).

negative: slippers were rubber and used by different people, not disposable, cable of tv was blurred, wifi was not available at 3rd and 4th floor, only at 1st and 2nd flr.. sometimes keycard was not functional, other room using master key instead of keycard, one night somebody open the door while we are sleeping at 1am, when i check it was the receptionist and hes rude instead of saying sorry.. lack of security lock inside the room, anyone who has a masterkey can open it while your sleeping. no food avail at night.. hot water for coffee charge 20 pesos. be careful of tricycle in the area the fees varies everyday it will charge you 150, 100, regular price...

Nice place to stay..staff are very accommodating and fun to talk too..room was nice, neat and clean..no elevator only stairs...breakfast available if you take the rate with breakfast...canteen at lobby..aircon was good...cr had bidet and heater..water flow was great even higher floor...swimming pool is close right now due to pandemic but it was nice to try tho..

Cable ready tv, and had toiletries ready also...install telephone so you can ask or order if you want for food delivery. Can cook inside room just be careful since there is a smoke detector in the room

Wifi had good connection and stable.

Overall stay was nice...highly recommended to other for overnight stay... Tho available 12 and 24hrs...
