We went here during the Holy Week holidays. Arrived at Maundy Thursday nighttime and checked out Black Saturday morning. Location is very good. The KM 642 is within walking distance. The Santa Ana port is within walking distance too, although it's a long walk in my opinion. By car it only takes five minutes. This is very good especially if you're going for an adventure to Palaui Island and Crocodile Island as it's near the port, and the port gets very busy early in the morning, so it's an advantage to get there early. Service is very good. We were fortunate to meet the owner himself during our stay, and the owner is really a hands-on type of person with his business. Food is very good too. Brewed coffee is a must at breakfast, and they offer unlimited brewed coffee.

Quiet area. Accommodation clean although expensive for what is a very basic room. Wifi rubbish. Grounds were kinda run-down. They lock the gate at 10pm, although as said earlier it’s pretty dead around here. Not a great deal to do although there’s a distasteful ‘casino’ down the road that mainly caters for Chinese guests.

Accomodating owner, very kind. Nice location just a 5mins walk if your going to Palaui Port for island hopping. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is pricey here and not everything in the menus available, much better if you eat outside.

We were a group of 18 people (family) who checked in after Christmas. We were given 4 rooms which were all very neat and clean and in proper order. The air-conditioned room had a double and single bed with its own bathroom and toilet equipped with water heater. There was a television with cable channels. The beds were very comfortable. The place only had a total of 10 rooms. But it had a function room, a small restaurant. The staff were very accommodating, courteous and attentive to our needs. The food was great. The manager was kind, the chef was also very considerate of our requests. The place is just 2 years old so they are not so used to having a big group like ours when it comes to preparing food. But if you advise them ahead of time, they can comply with your requests. And they are very flexible with the time you would like to have your meals, as well. Very...

-CONS- Food is quite expensive. Management charges 350 pesos per person for breakfast which doesn't reflect the product. (I recommend that eating outside is the best option which I find ironic because they pride themselves as a bed and Breakfast facility. -Credit card machine NOT available -No amenities (POOL IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION. NO DAILY house keeping SERVICE AVAILABLE and requires extreme prompting towards management to fill toiletries -for now parking stalls are limited due to some construction work being done.

-pros Newly built building which includes heated shower -regular staff are quite friendly -the building is only about 5 min walk to...
