Oh, where do I even begin with my experience at Reggae Resort? Let's start with the villa—the one we paid a whopping 9,000 pesos for. What a disappointment! Not only was it exorbitantly priced, but it was also ridiculously small. It felt like we were just inside a normal cottage in a regular resort. And the beds? Don't even get me started. There were not enough beds, and the blankets provided were so tiny, they barely covered us. It was like sleeping with a handkerchief. But the real kicker was the water situation. Most of the time, our villa didn't have water. Can you imagine paying that much money for a place where you can't even take a proper shower? It was beyond frustrating. And when we tried to complain to the staff, they just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Then there's the issue of dining. We were looking forward to having lunch at the resort's restaurant, only to find out it wasn't open in the afternoon because, apparently, they're "not open sa hapon." Are you kidding me? We were starving, and there were no other options nearby. It was incredibly inconvenient, to say the least. Then there's the issue of dining. We were starving, and there were no other options nearby. It was incredibly inconvenient, to say the least. And let's talk about the pool situation. Who in their right mind closes the pool at 9:30 pm? We wanted to swim at night to unwind after a long day of traveling, but nope, that wasn't an option. And when we tried to swim early in the morning to avoid the scorching sun, we were met with another obstacle—the pool didn't open until 8:30 am. It felt like they were prioritizing the opening and closing of the pool over the needs of their guests. But wait, it gets even better. Several other villas had no water, so guests wanted to use the pool to freshen up, but guess what? It was closed for cleaning. They could have easily cleaned it earlier in the day, but instead, they made us wait. It was incredibly frustrating, to say the least. And don't even get me started on the lack of utensils and basic amenities. It's like they wanted us to pay extra for every little thing. Want a TV remote or an extra blanket? That'll be an additional charge, thank you very much. It felt like they were nickel-and-diming us at every turn. Oh, and let's not forget about the pizza. It was ridiculously overpriced—600 pesos for one pizza! We could have gotten a better deal in our own city. It was the final straw in an already frustrating experience. Overall, I would not recommend booking this resort. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay in Sta Ana. Trust me, there are plenty of other resorts that offer better accommodations and service for a fraction...

This is the worst hotel/ resort I ever had in my entire life!!! We reserved one family room and a couple's room. But what they gave me is a room with a broken bed and a low bed frame which is not what I saw in the ad. I asked for them to transfer me and I begged them to give me the decent room that we paid for. Because we drive 16 and we had a product presentation to one of our clients in Tuguegarao and tomorrow we have a two days activity in Sta ana, Cagayan. Since the resort was fully booked, we have no choice but to book here despite all the bad reviews. One of my colleagues bought our drinks and he also was given bad service by the owner of the resort. I got them a family room. Since I was tired, I asked them to please transfer me to a room where I can rest. The owner of the resort raised her voice and told me that the pictures on social media are not what they can offer. I said I was tired from the business trip and I just need to rest. And you cannot imagine what the owner of the resort told me. She said that They gave me a room and I don't like it. She speaks her vernacular as if she was insulting me with words at the top of her voice. I was tired and I do not want to argue and stoop down to her lever and calmly asked her to just give me a room because I am tired. What the owner said to me was that it is not her fault that I am tired and shouted at me and I meant it she raised her voice so that I am like a beggar. Raggae Resort, How dare you treat your client crap. I am also an owner of a company and I did not treat any of my employees like that not even the janitor, and now I am a client asking for their help to at least give me a room to rest. Because the first on the aircon is not working and the bed is tough. Then they transferred me to a room with no lock I tried to lock it but I was afraid for my safety. The resort is not family friendly not even a businessman's place. unfortunately, there are no available rooms somewhere else and I need to rest. But for all, you'll travelers please do not go to this resort and spare yourself from disrespectful owners. I pitied their staff because I believe that if this is how they treat their clients then what more to their staff it is indeed not all who have money have a good...

My family stayed in this resort in the hope of having a good time but our stay was ruined by the owner herself! Something happened the night we were there. Someone turned off the light in the cottage where we were in. We were looking for a staff to help us out but no one was around! Their front desk was already closed at 9 pm! NO SECURITY GUARD AROUND AT THAT TIME! For a place like this there should be a security all day long isn’t it? The next day when we talked to the owner about the issue, she was very unprofessional and rude. Instead of apologizing about what happened she started attacking us and accusing of things that we did not do. She was screaming at us and threatened us that if we post something in social media she will sue us! Seriously? We have the right to write a review especially with what happened to us in her resort! And guess what? She even called 3 police even before the conversation started! We asked her to prove that her accusations about us were true but she couldn’t show anything! Nothing was seen in their cctv. So please if you want to have a good time in this area do not go to this resort. It is not secured and the owner is not very professional. And oh I forgot to say that there was no mirror and garbage can in our room😀! And their shower room smells...
