Kaha Island Stay — Hotel in Santa Monica

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!!|the aircon is even broken… not even tried to resolve the issue and just told us to complain in agoda! we arrived today! no one accomodated us! even just to assist us to where we can keep our belongings, it took so much time for someone to assist us, the advice was just to put it somewhere in the common area, so our things are not secured! people comes in and out.. so this place is far from places to eat… and way of transportation is to rent a motorbike! they didnt even have available motorbikes to rent! the care taker was asleep and we asked one guest to wake him up and what the care taker just told us is to find outside without even assisting us!!! really pissed about this situation and even contacted the owner but just ignored us!!! the place is pretty decent but too much mosquitos! if the location here in the north its okay! the room is pretty decent for the location and price of the room with a king bed. the worst part is the water pressure in the shower is extremely low! so they asked us to shower on the common bathroom on the first floor.. took this room for the convenience and privacy!!!! totally DISAPPOINTED!!! ||FOR SAFETY!!!|no cctv, no reception. no one looks who keeps going in and out of the place, 2 gates not secured with locks, i also noticed that the door for the shared bunk beds is just a plain glass sliding door with out locks or even a...

This dump is an unmitigated disaster!!! I'm utterly appalled by the catastrophic decision to stay here for a night! The island's power outage is the least of my concerns; this dump is a masterclass in mismanagement, staffed by clueless, unprofessional boors! No generator? Are you kidding me?!||We arrived shattered after surfing, expecting a haven, but your hospitality black hole sucked the life out of us. I don't care about security, but your staff's incompetence is a legitimate safety concern. It's glaringly obvious they're more likely to cause harm than provide assistance.||The island's powerless, we're stuck with GCash, and your inept staff can't even facilitate a withdrawal. The next morning, instead of a courteous greeting, you forced us to scramble for cash because you don't accept cards or have GCash. Even a mediocre hotel knows to accommodate guest payments! Your 21st-century facade hides a Stone Age mentality 🤮.||Don't bother trying to woo us back; we're done. Cleanliness, affordability, and luxury mean squat without basic human decency.
