Blue wave inn has the worst room we've ever had d misfortune of booking. It looks much worse in actual. It was dirty, paints has tarnished. Old beddings and the biggest blow was the leak from the ceilings which caused part of our bed to get wet, some areas of the floor, & directly on the toilet seat too. This happened past 1 am when rain poured n we were awaken. The next day when we told the front office in charge they just shrug ut off saying we should have complained to the guard! First of all you should have good maintenance and cleanliness as your guests expects that and pays for it. Then a little compassion also would have been appreciated but there was not even an apology just an we dont care attitude by your staff. That 1 star I rate is for the view and the...

Me and my 3 friends stayed at the Blue Wave Inn from 12/20/22-12/4/22. They DO NOT have wi-fi or tv, the breakfast was poor, no hot water, the resturant has food that after 1 meal would not eat there again. The resturant is TOTALLY closed by 7 PM and even before. The staff is a great staff and are very helpful but this resort needs to be more honest in it's listing. In reading the amenities it is hard to recognise that this is the place we stayed in. I would not stay there again...although the pool was very nice. Our door lock completely fell apart and had no security when we went out. The smoke detecter battery needed replacement and beeped. As the ceiling was about 10ft high nothing could be done so we had to get...

This place has good potential for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. However, it needs serious attention to restore and maintain its beauty. Our rooms are spacious but AC needs thorough cleaning or even replacement. Cleanliness of the room can also be improved. Attendants gave us electric fans since we had issues with the AC. The area is big and has nice garden lights at night. The pool with beach view is good. Food is okay but needs to manage serving time. Attendants were really nice and patient. They even gave recommendations of the places we can visit at night. Overall, an okay and safe stay for our group. Hopefully, they can restore (or recover from?) and maintain its potential. We stayed here for...

This hotel deserves a higher rating! Room had comfy bed and linens, AC worked well, there was hot water (had a bit of an issue with it but it's minor), the sockets were conveniently placed next to the bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The infinity pool is EXCELLENT and the beach is nice for poking around (just watch out for sea urchins). I like that the hotel is relatively near the port. Though it's quite a distance from the main road so make sure you have transportation going in and out (or rent a scooter/ motorbike if you can). I'll let the photos speak for themselves..

P1,930 per night for a 5 night stay <Value Play> - The good: Great staff who were very fun and conversational, beautiful infinity pool, clean dining area with a breathtaking view (though quite windy), free breakfast for two The bad: no hot water, no in-room WiFi, we think we had bed bugs, and just a rough all around room condition. The indifferent: food, lots of resident dogs (they were friendly), location (any place you stay on the island is at most an hour motor bike ride away).

Nice and affordable. The view of the sea from the infinity pool is very relaxing. The staff are friendly and accomodating. Stayed 2 nights here and was never disappointed. Food is just average, but you can request to prepare something off their menu and they will find a way to prepare that for you. You can rent a scooter here for 350 pesos a day.
