(+) Located just beside Breakfast at Antonio's; spacious hotel including the rooms with Taal Lake view; staff including the management are very nice and friendly; one may rent or borrow toys for kids (boars games and bikes); has KTV room. (-) Limited breakast options and plated; quite good attempt in offering Filipino dishes like tocino and longanisa; pricey Korean dishes; signage along the road is not big and catchy enough to be noticed; toilet flush needs to pushed down for seconds in order to function well; AC took time to cool the room; also the hair dryer has not enough heat even if it is at the maximum level; killed 2 cockroaches in our room.

We have the place to ourselves since we arrived early. The staffs are nice and attended to our needs diligently. Foods are delicious, too. Thanks for the great food and service. Our only concern is having limited options for the unli samgyup but will surely be returning back soon.

Checked in to BiKyeong Hotel on Sep 22 for one night. The hotel is situated next to a famous well known restaurant, however is a little removed from the main stretch of Tagaytay, so you definitely need to arrange transportation. The hotel does offer shuttle to the main attraction, however not sure if there is an associated cost as we did not use.||Hotel room was nice and clean, and although we did not have a view of the main attraction, our room view was nice. We were surprised that there was no TV in the room ( I guess I should have looked closer to the fine print upon booking). Hotel advertises wifi connection throughout the premises. It was dismal and I barely was able to connect. This was somewhat disappointing, and as per the staff required many modem "restarts" which did not necessarily solve the problem. ||Staff was very pleasant and friendly, however I found it odd of their reluctance of giving you a second hotel key. It is problematic as you need the key to have power in the room ( electricity, ac...) and if you are a two person occupancy, if you take the key with you it leaves the other person in the dark. After strong insistence they provided me a second key ?!?||The pool area was very nice, however the landscape around the pool can use better care as in some area it looks as if it is wild with grass growing between rocks. All in all the pool was very pleasant with a couple of floaties. The view from the pool is also very nice. ||We did not try the food at the hotel, however at night the place was definitely busy with many Korean enjoying the food ( BBQ). It did smell and looked good. ||The toilet was "fragile" and needed some care to ensure that it did not overflow. We ended up using the common area toilet to avoid having an issue that required assistance :(.||The shower was very nice with good water...

This hotel looks impressive but physically not very accessible for old aged people, no elevator, the terrain is challenging but the lakeview is magical. ||||We were put in the suite room ( because there is no elevator in the hotel building) which is very nice lakeview, very cozy, just few steps to the front desk, dining and swimming pool; have no complaints until we used the toilet, our stay was ruined. Toilet bowl leaked, smelly, floor wet all night..Staff came to address the problem off and on but still not working right..We left the next morning and declined to use the toilet and shower room ( both in a small cubicle)..||||Room service dining is pricey, nothing spectacular in the menu really, free buffet breakfast which didnt measured up to what we paid for overnite stay.||||||One remarkable note is the effort the staff to please us, to make us comfy knowing the hotel itself lacks the characted of a nice, customer oriented vacation place..be short or long term stay.. Thank you hotel staff..because of your sincere effort we did not complain to the hotel owner/management re condition of the toilet..and gratefulness to the night supervisor letting us use the other rooms toilet..I found out next morning the hotel owner would have not approved it..||||I absolutely would not...
