For first-time visitors, finding this Starbucks branch can be a bit tricky. Make sure to pin "Neogan, Nasugbu Road, Tagaytay" on your map, the café is right across from the "I ❤️ Neogan" signage.
The place has a vibrant atmosphere, featuring high ceilings and a modern design with a touch of native ornaments. It offers a variety of seating options, including an outdoor area with a limited number of tables that provide a scenic view of Taal Volcano, though not as extensive as the seating at the Hiraya branch. A great feature is the glass wall panels, allowing you to still enjoy the beautiful outdoor view even from inside. Additionally, there is a downstairs seating area, offering more space for those looking to relax in a quieter spot.
One major plus is that there’s no long queue, and they provide free Wi-Fi, a lifesaver since my mobile had no signal in the area. The service is quick and well-organized, with warm and courteous staff ensuring a smooth experience.
If you're looking for an alternative to the Hiraya branch, this is a great option with the same quality but faster service. It’s a perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee, and appreciate the peaceful ambiance while admiring a...
Read moreThe ambiance was great especially from the al fresco area, but there were too many customers that you can no longer enjoy your coffee at your own comfort. The management was TERRIBLE in handling long lines. They let the senior citizens who JUST arrived cut into the front of the line order first, than us and other customers who waited for AT LEAST an HOUR in line. (and almost everyone in line has either a senior citizen card or a PWD card so why didn't they mention this beforehand?). Besides, starbucks is not an essential or a life and death situation. We were already complaining but the staff were only NODDING and IGNORING us. We even suggested that they should just alternate the customers just to accommodate the senior citizens who wanted to cut the queue, but no, they just let them use 1 counter for their line only, which, btw, increased the waiting time for the customers lining up outside. They should have prepared for a long queuing line that extends until their parking lot outside the branch for New Year's Day. This was such a terrible experience for...
Read moreI recently visited Starbucks Tagaytay Nasugbu Road and was pleasantly surprised by its charming ambiance and stunning views. The location is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the majestic Taal Lake and the surrounding mountains. The store's interior is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing coffee break. I ordered a caramel macchiato and a slice of chocolate cake. The coffee was expertly brewed, with a rich and creamy texture. The cake was moist and flavorful, the perfect complement to my coffee. The outdoor patio is a must-visit, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains. It's the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the serene atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee in Tagaytay, I highly recommend Starbucks Tagaytay Nasugbu Road. It's a hidden gem with a beautiful view and a...
