The ambiance was great especially from the al fresco area, but there were too many customers that you can no longer enjoy your coffee at your own comfort. The management was TERRIBLE in handling long lines. They let the senior citizens who JUST arrived cut into the front of the line order first, than us and other customers who waited for AT LEAST an HOUR in line. (and almost everyone in line has either a senior citizen card or a PWD card so why didn't they mention this beforehand?). Besides, starbucks is not an essential or a life and death situation. We were already complaining but the staff were only NODDING and IGNORING us. We even suggested that they should just alternate the customers just to accommodate the senior citizens who wanted to cut the queue, but no, they just let them use 1 counter for their line only, which, btw, increased the waiting time for the customers lining up outside. They should have prepared for a long queuing line that extends until their parking lot outside the branch for New Year's Day. This was such a terrible experience for...
