Uno Business Hotel & Cafe — Hotel in Valencia

The staff is great, the Rooms are simple with a small TV and a functional but a bit noisy Airconditioner, but the hotel is cheap by western standarts, has daily Housekeeping with clean sheets and towels every day, they do not promise luxury, but at least they have a water heater and a seated toilet.||||If you are staying in Valencia City, this is definetely the place to go, best Hotel in the City.||||They are currently rebuilding/expanding the hotel, but that is only because they are a good successful hotel, who can hate that? :) ||||by western standarts it is a 3/5 star hotel, but I think 3,5-4 stars by Philippine standarts, by the hotel alone, the friendly smiling staff adds at least another ½ star.||||the only thing a bit pricy is the Laundry, but if you know anyone locally get them to take your clothes to a laundry and it will be 1/3-1/4 the price.||||the Rooms have little view of interest, but there are plenty of places to go, spring resorts, zoo's, churches, museums and restaurants are within 10-15 min motorella ride distance.||||great hotel compared...

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels in Valencia Bukidnon! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor and front desk deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever (Ms. Mae)

The hotel is located along the national highway near the heart of Valencia City, a few minutes away from the city proper and the newly opened Robinsons Place.||The rooms are clean, brand new and well maintained. There is a walk in closet in the room where you can store your clothes and belongings. The staff are courteous and helpful.
