Heritage Resort Of Caoayan — Hotel in Vigan

AVOID this place! It is situated right next to cemetery. The resort was also used as a covid rehabilitation facility. These two things are not disclosed on Agoda website. I booked and paid for 2 rooms, 2 nights..We left as soon as we got there, they refused to refund which is fine as per booking cancellation policy, i guess that’s the only way that place generates income, from all the cancellation with no refund. Its a large place slowly falling into pieces. The outdoors need a lot of improvement. Plants need watering so as not to give an aura of neglect. Inside our room, mosquitoes welcomed us. It is clean though and there's hot water. For someplace to stay the night, it was ok. The breakfast was filling enough, nothing fancy. I still feel robbed of the price we paid. Booked 2 deluxe rooms for my whole family,booked 2 months before going there, but when we got there the rooms are disgusting, bed linens and towels unwashed,it's like someone alrealy used the bed and just tidy them up. Open the fridge and there was old smelly food inside. Asked to talk to the maneger waited 2 hours but never showed up. We asked for refund!!!...
