Le Dream Hotel in Vigan City — Hotel in Vigan

The room was okay, however I booked suites room and when we arrived the receptionist said the suites room was not available anymore and she will upgrade our room. When we enter the "upgraded room" it was actually down grade compared to the room that I booked. The rooms needs to have block curtains, they only have blinds which you will be forced to wake up early morning because of the light. We didn't sleep very well, you could hear the coffee grinder from the coffe shop on GF, imagine we were on the 3rd floor, you could even hear people talking from the lobby, and cars passing outside. Toilet and shower needs deep clean, there are stains everywhere. Customer service was very poor, no security guard when we visit, they have restaurants and when its dinner time no one assisted us, we asked the receptionist she told us to go to alfresco, which is at the hotel parking area with just few table and chairs with a lot of mosquitos and no waitress/waiter to be found. I felt very disappointed and treated not a guest at all. We ended up going to center of vigan...

We are avid travelers and we have been to Vigan many times already. Previously we have been checking in hotels around the Calle Crisologo area, but overtime we have come to realize that as Vigan gets busy, the streets get crowded and parking is difficult.||Lately, our family is looking for some place with big parking lot, and a bit less crowd. That's where we found this gem! LE Dream Hotel offers a secured and wide parking space for their guests just like us. They also offer a serene place to stay if you don't want to be in busy streets and crowded places. Yes, they are 8-12 minutes from the famous street, but they also offer Shuttle Service for drop-off and pick-up around the clock, so no worries on that one! ||Overall, our stay was pleasant and our room was awesome. Service was great and the people at the hotel are hospitable. They always greet people with a smile and special mention to Czarina at the Front Desk for providing us a smooth check-in experience!||Will be coming back again...
