I have booked this hotel from the 23 December until the 04 January with family of 10 people which includes 5 kids 12 year to 2 month old .||When we arrived we were impressed by the hotel look but it only took less then 2 days to realise that it was big mistake t book such a hotels as the owner him self is taking advantage of his guests by robbing them in the way that you don't even think it's possible .||We were unable even to charge our own phone at the room since the owner have created a spots outside the room to iron or charge the phone which makes it very difficult to even warm a bottle of milk for the 2 month old .||we have paid over £7000 for 10 days which meant to include breakfast and dinner but to find out later that we were charged almost £30 per meal for the 4 year old girl which bearly eat this type of food .||The kitchen was so bad that we have asked for a refund for the food and we start to eat outside the hotel we even wanted to leave but unfortunate,y it was Christmas and new year and everything around was booked .||Our I pad went missing and when it was reported we heard we are sorry to hear that .||The breakfast at the hotel was a disaster and every day the owner had a Complain from different guest in regards to breakfast or dinner .||The reason I have wrote this review is to share my experience with fellow travellers and make them aware of this hotel and his owner .||Believe me when I says had a very bad experience and I don't wish it to anybody especially when it come to kids .||Please be aware of CARLINA hotel it's very very...
Read moreStayed there in Jan'24 with our friends including 2 teenagers. Very good choice of salads, fruits and other food for breakfast. The hotel also offers lunch if pre-ordered at breakfast to be paid additionally. There is also a popular good quality traditional polish restaurant 2 min walk from Carlina.
Pleasant personal and great service, special thank you from us goes to Silwia, the receptionist. Finish sauna, hamam, jakuzi are clean.
Good quality furniture and interior of upper range price level in the rooms and corridors. I was thinking hard of what could be improved in the hotel and finally recalled one points -pillows -rather uncomfortable but fair to say we did not ask for others and i would not be surprised if they have a pillow menu on request:).
Max 5 min drive by car to the sky lifts and Thermal Bania and always available car parking slots at Carlina. At the ski lifts there are free of charge parking slots if you arrive early enough in the morning and plenty of to be paid parking slots right at the lifts and you have 45 min free of charge time for parking there which is very convenient as you may take your skies, boots, snowboards, passengers straight to the lifts or rent-a-ski offices.

Read moreThis is a really good hotel. It looks lovely on from the outside but on the inside it is so modern and clean but also charming and comfortable. The staff were so pleasant and helpful to us they looked after us so well during our stay. Breakfast was excellent but it was the meals that we had in the restaurant that really impressed us. We also went to some other excellent restaurants in Bialka but the hotels food was the best. The games room was handy to while away any bit of spare time with the kids. The free ski bus outside was great to get to and from the ski resort especially when a little tired. The room we had was as good as any we have ever stayed in with 2 separate bedrooms both with flat screen tvs and a very spacious modern and tasteful bathroom. Excellent room for your ski gear and spa are as well as the games room. We really enjoyed our stay and do not hesitate in recommending it to anyone who wants that little bit of extra quality and comfort during a family...
