Hotel Panorama — Hotel in gmina Mszczonów

I was really surprised when I found out that there is a place in a small and a quite old city not far away from Warsaw where it is possible to organise business meetings such as conferences. The hotel is situated next to the main road of the city. This is its advantage and disadvantage as well. It is very easy to get there but when a window in your room at this hotel is directed to this road, it is very difficult to sleep at night especially in summer time.There is no air conditioning in the rooms so keeping the window opened is obvious and if you usually sleep lightly, it might be difficult to rest there. If you are focused on finding a comfortable place for a business meeting, I can highly recommend that hotel. There are many fully equipped conference rooms there and conference service is very professional. I booked and fully paid for a specific room type with one large bed at Hotel Panorama. However, shortly before my arrival, I received a direct message from the hotel stating that the reserved room type was not available. As a result, I had to find and pay for another hotel at my own expense.

When I contacted the reception to request a refund, I was told that no such information about my cancellation had been received and that my booking was considered a “no-show.” Despite the fact that the hotel itself confirmed the unavailability of the room, they refused to process any refund.

I stayed four nights here and I would highly recommend this location. For the price the rooms are amazing. They have a great many activities and games available. In particular I utilize the pool table a great deal. The bar is fairly priced and has a decent selection. The breakfast is good but unfortunately if you arrive a little bit later they definitely do not have nearly the selection that they would near opening.

For the staff was great and the rooms were very clean. They're also a high quality compared to the price. If I had to come back to this region I would definitely stay here again as this hotel presents an impeccable value.
