A hotel that has a level|The rooms were well cleaned, beds made. There were sparkling and still waters in the room. A full mini fridge with drinks. A large bathtub, a spacious balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. Towels and bath towels were prepared, clean. The corridors were spacious, well ventilated. The carpets were clean, everywhere was cozy. 1 main elevator to the reception and a second elevator at the back of the hotel to the pools and SPA. The reception responds flexibly, requests are resolved adequately.|Half-board meals in the hotel restaurant Impresija. Everything was fine, a large and varied selection of dishes, all excellently seasoned, delicious. Many types of meat (fish, pork, chicken), very good soups. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, everything was perfectly cooked, baked, imaginatively arranged, eye-pleasingly arranged. Clean trays, many types of cheese, salami, tuna, sardines, sour fish and also quite a few types of pastries and breads. Fabulous desserts, buns, mini cakes, waffles, croissants, pancakes and lots of fruit. And he gave out smiles. The food here is at a very high level. Coffee machines always 2 functional, as well as containers for hot water, milk. The staff quickly changed the juice and coffee cartridges. Chocolate always available. For breakfast, even honey directly in the honeycomb, which I have never seen in hotels. The kitchen is maintained at the TOP level, and is simply perfect. There was always enough cutlery, plates, chairs, tables and other things.|The chefs, waiters and other kitchen staff deserve a big thank you for the services provided.|The hotel SPA is excellent, 2 saunas (each with a different temperature inside), great pools, with sufficiently warm water, and a jacuzzi with very warm water. The water in the pools and jacuzzi is clean, well maintained.|The animation team led by the bear Klimcusz was perfect. Every evening we used animation programs for the children, singing, physical activities, dancing, mini disco. The children really liked the entertainment, and they always happily waited for the evening portion of entertainment. Pros: -fresh flowers in the dining room

Cons: Breakfast: -milk not on ice -soft boiled eggs were always served hard -asked for soft-boiled eggs and took an additional 15 minutes when not busy -lettuce one day old and dry -apples not fresh and rotting -antiquated toaster that will burn you when trying to lift the lever to release your toast

Dinner: -salads not on ice -no food allowed to be taken to rooms -cream of mushroom soup was previous day’s mushroom soup simply blended

Other: -pool towels not allowed to be taken to rooms

Rooms: -water doesn’t drain properly in the bathtub leaving you standing in ankle-deep water during a shower -room doors aren’t sealed well and aren’t soundproof -cleaning service replaces water bottles but not always with both sparkling and still - usually just one or the other

Super hotel in a very good location. Peace and quiet and a view over the mountains at breakfast. Excellent location as a starting point for hiking and cycling to Klimczok and then to Szyndzielnia and also close to Wisła and Energylandia. The hotel has a bicycle storage room and cooperates with a bicycle rental which is a big plus. Very nice and competent staff and especially the gentleman who greets guests at breakfast and dinner, you can see that he loves his job. The chef is simply a master. Both breakfasts and dinners were very good based on regional cuisine. For children there is an additional very extensive menu at dinner time as well as a delicious soup from 13:00 to 14:00.The Highlander Pub offers an extensive menu as well as drinks. The hunter's soup with mushrooms is a masterpiece. The swimming pools are clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and rooms cleaned regularly. We will definitely return to Klimczok Hotel in...
