Great position, with direct access to the beach (100 m without crossing any street but only a beautiful wood). The building is brand new (actually the resort is made of 3 buildings, 2 with apartments and 1 for the hotel). There are 3 restaurants and all of them are offering a great quality. There are 3 swimming pools, one on the rooftop (not so big but perfect for chilling listening to music and with the sea view) and 2 in the basement (1 is pretty big and another one is with jacuzzi). There is also a little swimming pool for children (the water is only 30 or 40 cm high). Towels are provided only at the swimming pools in the basement but there are are bathrobes in the rooms/apartments. On the rooftop there is also a bar. It's possible to park in an underground garage. Dogs are welcome but only in the apartments (if I remember well). The apartment was well furnished with a small kitchen and air conditioning. Windows are thick and isolating well from the noise outside (railway right in front of it): I slept well at night (windows closed) and didn't hear any noise.

We have been here for just one night, but it is a really nice hotel. The food was good. The rooms were comfortable and big, the view was full of trees but somewhere behind the trees is the Baltic sea. The pool area is beautiful and has a lot of options. They have a climbing pacoure inside the building, great idea. I kept one star because of the breakfast, there were nearly to no vegetarian options. But maybe that is normal in Poland.

Very nice place. Well located. Big room for family. Good underground parking with Porsche charger. Decent food for breakfast. Close to the beach and dunes and forest.

We booked the Gwiazda Morza Resort Spa & Sport for a few days of our holidays and we were very happy with our choice.||||The hotel is located next to the harbour and the only hotel at the beach side of the street. Also it is not far from the very touristic centre but just far enough to not be bothered with all the noise of that area.||||The hotel has 2 ways of parking, in the parking garage (PLN 50/day) or the open parking (PLN 35/day). Street parking in Wladyslawowo is paid as well.||||The hotel looks very new and has a pretty nice and warm atmosphere. Straight behind the reception is the bar with some nice seating spaces as well as direct access to a large balcony with very nice seating arrangements. When a bit chilly blankets are available to cover yourself.||||Everywhere we went the hotel looks very clean.||||Also the hotel has its own direct access to the beach with an own beach bar (which we did not visit so cannot judge this part of the hotel however from the outside it looks very nice).||||The room we had was at the forest/park side of the hotel which was comfortable as one hears the sounds of the waves and the wind through the trees, very relaxing. Room was spacious with everything one needs, incl. a free safe. The bathroom is big enough with a pretty big and good shower. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. The bathroom is fully of glass however for more private moments one can pull a curtain in front of all sides so give one the required privacy. ||Maybe a few more hangers would be welcome to hang clothing but we had enough as we only were there a few days.||||Please note that with rooms at the street side one may be bothered by the regular trains passing by, not that much the noise of the trains themselves but rather the noise of their horns which they frequently use while passing through the city.||||The breakfast is extensive with enough choice for everyone, really a very nice choice. We enjoyed our breakfasts. One small remark would be that when there are a lot of guests there tends to be a queue for the only coffee machine, in our opinion they should think of installing a second one, especially in busy periods. Tables and chairs were immediately cleaned/disinfected after people left their tables.||||We also used the restaurant of the hotel and after the first meal there we decided to simply eat there all the time. Very nice and interesting menu, good (local) beers, wines and lemonades besides all other stronger alcohols and cocktails on their menu.||The food we got served every time we went there was simply very tasty and nicely presented. Wait staff very friendly and attentive, it was a pleasure spending time there.||||In relation to the staff we have to say that all staff from the breakfast, bar, reception, spa and sport areas were very friendly, attentive and willing to help when needed as were the cleaning staff. There is a clear understanding of what customer satisfaction means! SPOT ON!||||My partner followed some sport activities and was happy with the trainers and how the trainings were performed. I used the gym twice, it is rather small (almost as usual in hotels) and mainly consists of cardio equipment, one multi-functional weight machine, weights and some other small equipment/tools . I missed leg training equipment. I would advise them to remove some cardio machines and replace these with other equipment (like leg machines) to make the gym more multi-functional. ||||The swimming pool is large with 2 smaller side pools and the water has a nice temperature. I enjoyed making use of the pool.||||Outside there are 2 Jacuzzi’s, available when the weather is good enough.||Towels are available when going to the pool or gym. The dressing room looked very nice and clean with good showers for before/after the pool. Shampoo/soap is available in the showers.||||My partner made use of the spa for several treatments and was happy with the service, atmosphere, interior and cleanliness of the spa area. ||||Overall we were very happy with our choice for this hotel and we can only highly recommended it! For sure we will keep it on our list for pre or post...

The location of the hotel is very close to the seaside but at the same time, there is a train passing exactly in front of the hotel on the other side. The trains are passing approx. every 15 minutes and are VERY loud, as the train always gives a very long and loud warning signal (starting as early as 5:00 in the morning up until 22:00 in the evening). We had our room on the corner of the hotel, direction to the forest, and even when we closed all windows, we heard it quite loud. Not the calm and stressfree holidays we have expected. Moreover, we were traveling with a 1 year old and the noise was definitely not helpful for his sleeps. The doors are also not closing properly, as everytime someone closed their door in the hallway, our door was vibrating and very loud.

Check-in is only as of 16:00 (!) but on the other side check-out is at 11:00. This is definitely the worst checkin/checkout times I have ever seen at a hotel. Normally, a hotel tries to accomodate you a bit earlier in the room, but during our stay (which was in the high season) we have seen that they are so badly understaffed with cleaning staff (our rooms were only cleaned very late in the afternoon, and it was done very quickly and quite bad...we hardly realised that someone has actually cleaned). We exchanged our towels ourselves at some point...

Next disappointment is the "private area for hotel guests" at the beach. You can roughly see how many hotel rooms and appartments this hotel has on its website...but let me assure you, 6 umbrellas and an area where roughly 20 sunbeds have space is definitely NOT enough. When you are not there straight in the morning, you can absolutely forget a space in the shade, with a small child definitely not ideal and not what you expect from a kids friendly hotel. It is also interesting to note, as we were traveling a lot to the polish seaside in the past, it is standard that you get in every hotel a wind shield from the hotel, as it is known that it is generally windy at the beaches in Poland. However, in this hotel you will not get any (neither a little umbrella), as they will tell you that they have the private area for their guests. But no one seems to care that this private area is just simply WAY too small for all their guests...not making the beach experience very enjoyable when you have to squeeze between other guests...

There are other also positiv points, such as the breakfast, which has a big variety of foods (freshly made and buffet) to offer, as well as the kids room and the pool area...although I share the opinion of some other people that was mentioned already in comments before, that smell is definitely not the most pleasent one when entering the changing room area as well as the spa area...

The staff is trying to put an effort, but at the end of the day, a lot of things that have been mentioned already by other hotel guests in other comments have not at all been improved (even though this seems to be the standard reply to all complaints mentioned here...). In the end, I have the feeling, they keep taking the money from guests, not really improving the critical points and hoping that others won't complain...

So overall, I must say that the hotel is simply not worth the money they are asking for the stay and I will definitely not travel there again with my family. I would also not recommend it, as there are many other family hotels which offer are much much better stay...
