IKEA Targówek — Hotel in Warsaw

I came to this place, when I was 8th month pregnant, wanted to buy some stuff for my baby. After left this place I had bad mood for all my day, I couldn't even imagine then service can be so awful in IKEA . Firstly I came to girls-emploeess in blue t-shirts with «Ikea Family» words on them (near children’s goods) said: “Can you help me?”, they looked at me disappointed, that I interrupted their talk maybe, answered: “No we cannot” and continued their interesting talk. I was staying there for follow up scenarios, but they were done with me. Sorry, but what about to lead me to that person who can really help me or just ask me what I need. It seems like I came to her house and asked her for money. When I came her in 5 sec and ask for her manager, she said…whyyyy? Second, a lot of staff are out off stock, but they are on the showcase. It’s really annoying, when you see goods, but cannot buy them.

IKEA TARGÓWEK needs very good external auditing !!!!! Please...

I used to be a loyal customer of IKEA for quite some time and was pretty happy with it from many angles(assortment - one shop stop, value for money, service). However, the way how they handle some claims is unbelievably bad. 1.5 months ago we're reached the agreement how to settle the claim which included me getting one replacement piece of furniture and I still haven't received it. First they were saying there was a transportation delay to Poland and it would come mid Nov, but it never did; then when I wrote again, they said they need to check with the forwarding company and never came back; the next time I followed-up I did not get any reply at all. Also, I do understand that there is certain benefit of not having one dedicated person owning the claim, but on the other side for me as a client it's a super inefficient as every time I get in contact with the same claim the agents are asking for time to get acquainted...

Made a visit to this IKEA store in the evening! Great for customers that the shop is open till 10pm👍

We came in to look at their phone leads for Apple phones. We was recommended these by an IT lady, for their quality and great price. They are also 1.5 meters long, so really handy to be longer😀

Well, you know what its like coming into IKEA, you always buy more things🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂😂

This was a great store and very easy to get to. IKEA is always a good place to come, if only just for their tasty food😋😋......

We came back the next day and timed it right for our dinner👍 We chose meatballs, one with Mashed potato and one meal with chips👌😋😋 We also chose a cup of Latte and one of Tea for our refillable drinks.

After that meal, we had to change some items we bought last night🤦‍♂️ typical, IKEA is very confusing with its codes, as we picked up the wrong phone type lead🤦‍♂️ Still least we enjoyed a lovely dinner and a good...
