😊: none. 😢: In summary, it was not a pleasant stay at all.

The room was filthy and mouldy in a lot of places - the shower curtain, the bathroom door, the cupboard, etc.

I almost got locked in the bathroom due to the malfunctioning of the bathroom door lock. It was a hazard, and I was traumatized. We didn’t close the bathroom door completely the rest of our stay fearing that we would be locked in again. There was no toilet paper in the room. It was totally unacceptable. We called the reception to ask for toilet paper, but there was no answer. And nobody was at the reception.

We asked specifically whether there’s a hair dryer in the room before we checked in, and in response, we were assured to have one. There was NONE in the room.

It was horrible: the room stinks 😷 but the bed is even worth - dampness with sweat with dirt. I could not sleep for two hours because of the smell until I was knackered. Honestly, just do not go there if you have a bit more money. I do not understand where these good reviews are coming from. Unless we were unlucky and got a bad room - room number 18. 😊: Location brilliant, easy stroll to fantastic fortified town. Good size bedroom. Dog friendly.Very good dinner in their adjoining restaurant. Good strsight forward breakfast. Nice staff.
