Nice place but not worth the price or the 4*.|We were invited to a wedding in Quiaios and since our original hotel closed due to a lack of staff, we had to rebook and got to this hotel. The hotel was clean and had all precautions against corona but the rooms were not that nice and the water was burning hot all the time, so it was difficult to take a shower. Friends of us had to change the room twice since the toilets were not working. I think the facilities are excellent - swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, a nice bar with an outdoor terrace and friendly staff to boot. The rooms vary in size but were spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The only problem we experienced was a long waiting time in the restaurant because we were a large group and they were very understaffed to deal with us. This was disappointing as we had warned them in advance. However, when the food arrived it was very nice. Read moreThe reception treated us very bad from the beginning on. The director of the hotel was really impolite and arrogant until the point she knew that one of our family members was a Sargent. Very very unprofessional. Also the two receptionist were really impolite. The staff is nice, I wish they would find a different hotel to work for. The hotel is not worth the 4 stars!
