Ericeira Surf Apartments — Hotel in Mafra

This place is just perfect, we stayed in different places in Ericeira before during the winter but that one is very special! The aparment is located in the top floor of the stylish modern well isolated building of the Ericeira Surf Aparments. We found everything we needed in the flat, even the kitchen is well equipped with basically everything you need to feel like at home properly. ||The location feels like the green heart of Ericeira with an amazing view into the valley of Foz de Lizandro, partly seeview and vine yards. If you open the curtains in the morning you can enjoy your coffe in bed while looking into they valley where the morning fog meanders, and the rising sun shining through, we will miss that a lot.||Not to mention the sauna and the pool that we used on a weekly basis and the beautiful beach Foz de Lizandro next door. The area has a lot more to offer, like great trail running routes, hiking, mountain biking and surfing of course.||The owners are very empathetic and make your stay with their team as comfortable as possible wherever they can. ||We would highly recommend anybody to stay here at least once when...

We had a fantastic and very pleasant stay.|The apartment was very nice, spacious, stylish and also very clean - with a lot of attention payed to little details (including a helpful starter equipment kit for the kitchen). |The kitchen itself is equipped with everything you need for proper self-catering.|There is a nice small pool with sun loungers, bean bags and also parasols.|The BBQ area including a grill, two tables and benches can be used by everyone.|The view over the valley is also great.|The location itself is a bit away from the city center in a quite neighborhood. There is also a small local store (supermarket) around the corner. You can walk downtown but if you consider a bigger purchase at the supermarket or plan a trip to the nearby beaches a car/motorbike/bicycle/Uber etc. is recommended.|The surf lessons - which can be organized upon request (resp. you just sign in daily at the reception for the next day) - were also a lot of fun.|All in all:...

We stayed in the Apartments 2,5 weeks and pretty much everything was perfect. The apartment is very pretty, clean and cosy. We had a room on the ground floor with instant access to pool. We had everything we needed in our room so that we could have breakfast and also barbecued dinner once at the BBQ area. We went to sauna too, which seemed quite new and clean. The owners and the reception was very friendly and helpful. The town with multiple great restaurants is just a 20 min walk-away, or with an Uber just a few minutes (and a few euros) away. :) Also a few beaches are close, just a 15-20 min walk. I attended surfing classes offered by the house for the first time and it was great! We had the same teacher in every class which was nice since he then knew what level we were and could teach us further more...
