MEU HOTEL Porto Gandra — Hotel in Paredes

I wrongly booked the hotel as the app set me up for next year instead of this year. The room payment was non-refundable. I was very sad as it was fully booked for the dates I needed this year and I could not have my money back. It was such a blessing though as a VERY UNDERSTANDING STAFF called INES SOUSA calmy told me all the policies “against me” at the reservation but she’d try to talk to the her superiors. She managed to cancel my reservation along with them without ANY COST. I have no words to thank INES SOUSA and the great administrative service in charge of this hotel for such act of understanding and selflessness. The room is not very spacious (floor -1) but the shower is big and the beds very comfortable . The quality of service is superbe. The girls at the reception are very kind, and the hotel agreed to anticipate the breakfast by 30 minutes so we could partake of it despite our early flight. I'm very grateful for that....

Estadia agradável com um pequeno senão no atendimento inicial

Ficámos recentemente no MEU HOTEL Porto Gândra e, no geral, tivemos uma estadia bastante agradável. Os quartos são confortáveis, bem equipados e proporcionam uma excelente noite de descanso. O pequeno-almoço foi outro ponto alto – variado, saboroso e muito bem apresentado, uma ótima forma de começar o dia.

Durante a nossa estadia, fomos bem atendidos por dois membros do staff, que demonstraram simpatia e profissionalismo.

Infelizmente, sentimos que o acolhimento à chegada ficou aquém do esperado. A pessoa responsável pelo check-in demonstrou uma atitude pouco acolhedora ao perceber que éramos um casal homossexual, o que nos deixou desconfortáveis. É uma pena, especialmente num setor onde a hospitalidade e o respeito por todos os hóspedes devem ser universais.
