Lodge Natur Zen — Hotel in Ponta Delgada

Choosing Patricia’s Natur Zen was the best decision I made when organizing a massive 10 people vacation.||We are a group of well traveled friends and all of us, all 10 people, agreed that Patricia’s place was one of the best places that we’ve stayed.||We opted to rent the entire house and organize all of our excursions with Patricia.||Patricia was a certified tour guide at Azores prior to starting her new endeavor.||It was all one stop shop with her expert guidance!||Lodging + Daily breakfast + daily housekeeping + Daily room turnover + daily tours!||It was so relaxing to have her take care of everything and plan it all out.||||Patricia was waiting for us at the airport bright early in the morning (530AM!!!!) with a minibus that can sit all of us.||The rooms were spectacular. Very spacious with large patios that look out to the ocean- much bigger than what you’d get in a hotel suite.||The house is clean and gorgeous with a beautiful infinity pool.||You can tell that Patricia and her husband put their heart and soul into the place.||||Our daily excursions included trips to the hot spring, many view points to see the craters created by the volcanic activity and the most eclectic and delicious restaurant choices that blew us all away!||||We also arranged to have Patricia’s team make her lunch and dinner at home some nights and it was incredible! Make sure you have her prepare you some octopus!||Her breakfast was also great- hot eggs, beans and different Azores and main land Portuguese pastries! She always made sure there was fresh delivered bread every morning.||||She also had a great “honesty” bar with great selection of wine, liquor and all kinds of drinks that were very reasonably priced.||||All in all, it was a lovely, relaxing experience to be had by all.||||If you are looking for an all-inclusive lodging, tours and food- this place is perfect for a group of 10 people! It would be great for corporate getaway and family...

First of all thank you to the amazing owner Patricia, she was the most caring and helpful person ever. We had mentioned that people in our group had certain dietary restrictions, veganism aswell as gluten free, surprisingly we were met with many little extras and goodies for breakfast aswell as the optional dinner, too sweet. On top of the hospitality she was able to answer all our questions and help us with choosing destinations and places to visit, aswell as booking restaurants, whale watching trips etc. All of this, and additionally the premises were absoluetly stunning, clean and beautiful! We arrived and felt right at home, loved every minute of our stay and were saddened to have to leave. Nevertheless, this place is a must visit, if you are looking for a villa or a room no need to look further! Dont think, just book this, you wont be mad!!!!! Our first accommodation experience in Sao Miguel and we were not disappointed. ||Patricia gave us a very warm welcome and an extensive tour of the lovely house.||As we wanted an en-suite room we stayed in the largest (and thus most expensive) part of the house that has two bedrooms, a lovely bathroom with bubble bath and a terrace giving a beautiful view of the pool and sea beyond. ||Breakfast was good and included a nice variety of local breads and cheeses. It is also possible to use the common space (inside or out) to just chill out or eat in the evening.||When we were there the pool was not heated and a little fresh for me, but I enjoyed just lying by its side, whilst my husband frolicked away. ||It is a perfect location, for hiking, exploring the island, close to the airport and several good...
