Big park with lots of activities but not all of them operate all year long (such as the rafting, available only in the winter). We couldn’t order all the activities online so we bought some of them through the tickets box (closed between 13-14:00). I bought some of the activities online but never received my tickets although my card was charged. I checked at the ticket box but they didn’t see my order so I had to buy again. I sent an email to their office I hope I will get a refund on my lost order.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak English and Spanish so we could manage easily. There is a small cafeteria with hamburgers and sandwiches with fair prices (menu is ~9€ drinks included but don’t expect much…) My kids loved the flying zip line and the alpine coaster. The karting is small and a bit boring, more suitable for young kids. Overall we had a...

Came here with friends and our main focus was to ride the Alpine Coaster. If you’re coming make sure you have a car, I’m not really sure if you’re able to get there using public transportation. The receptionist was quite professional and helpful, we paid 10€ per person, for 2 rides in the Alpine Coaster(You can pay with card). It was a lot of fun, if you’re on the heavier side, it’s funnier as it takes the weight of your body to determine the speed you go. I felt secure and the briefing was clear and thorough. The park has a lot of cool activities we were not able to do as it was already late and raining. If you’re thinking about going, either with friends, family or lover, this is a super fun place to go! I recommend going on...

Unfortunately we never ended up experiencing the park because their transfer van (which was pre-paid - 200 euros) never picked us up. After a full hour of trying to get through to someone at their office, someone answered and told us that the van had 'mechanical problems'. We asked them to send us the money back. The after service was also very bad, as we had to send quite a few emails until they finally sent us back the money, and only when we mentioned that we'll leave negative reviews did they send back the money. I cannot comment on the park itself as we've never actually made it, but the management is definitely unreliable and customer service is horrible. I don't suggest that people get their...

Visited to try out the fantasticable and the alpine coaster. The space is amazing. A large property with a ton of activity options. It was quiet due to the time of the year and the temperature when we visited. The fantasticable was really interesting to try. Someone drives you up to the endpoint and you get to ride the cable back to the park. The alpine coaster was a short but thrilling ride. We immediately paid for another go once we got out. The food options (especially in the winter) are limited, but the bar is a good spot to grab a hot drink and a snack.
