Jardins de São Luís — Hotel in Setúbal

Very good hostel in a garden setting on the outskirts of the town. We took a double room with private bathroom. The room is in the ground floor and has wheelchair access and bathroom. The bed is comfortable and we had a good sleep as the room has air conditioning. This is good as the property is close to as busy road but we did not hear any traffic noise. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and tables. The pool is very nice. We used the kitchen to prepare a simple dinner and breakfast. It is a small kitchen with 4 microwaves. There is biker parking around the back. There is no laundry/washing machine but a very good laundromat is only 10 mins walk down the road. I had such a wonderful stay at this hostel! The family who run it are incredibly warm and welcoming, which makes the place feel more like a home than just accommodation. Everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after, from the rooms to the communal areas. I arrived super late at night and the owner extra came to the hostel to welcome me personally, even if they have online check-in. Also he gave me some insider advices for my travels.
