Pizaria Veneza — Restaurant in Setúbal

There is one thing that make this review definitely negative, despite food being quite good. The restaurant charges for unordered couvert meal, which is not only unfair, but I also found it to be illegal in Portugal, as of Decreto-Lei nº 10/2015 de 16-01-2015, Artigo 135.º - Lista de preços. Doing some research i've found (unfortunately not in any legal source - maybe someone confirms), that this practice is a subject to a fine from €300 up to €180,000 or even a jail sentence, if they insist on paying unordered couvert. I do not recommend this restaurant until it stops unfair practices. Situada fuera de la zona turística, pasado el estadio de fútbol de Bonfim, está claro que si estamos en Setúbal de visita no vamos a ir a comer allí, salvo que nos encontremos alojados por la zona, en cuyo caso es una magnífica opción. Es un local bonito, con decoración moderna, y nos ofrece pizzas y pastas y algo de carne. Las pizzas las podemos pedir en varios tamaños: 20, 25, 32 y 38 centímetros respectivamente, teniendo la opción de rellenar los bordes con queso fundido, mozzarella, pollo, atún o fiambre, por un pequeño suplemento (alrededor de un euro y pico o dos euros, dependiendo del tamaño), lo que le da a la pizza un toque fantástico. Acudimos dos veces durante nuestra estancia en Setúbal, y muy bien; el servicio bastante amable, y la comida abundante y muy buena. Las dos ocasiones que acudimos pagamos alrededor de 26 € tres comensales, con un plato principal por persona y la bebida. Pagamos en efectivo; no sé si aceptan tarjeta; la multibanco, que es la que usan en Portugal, no la aceptan, pero no sé si admiten visa...

The waiting time to eat at the restaurant is ABSURDLY large. The takeout orders all have PRIORITY over the sitting customers. If they keep coming, you keep waiting.
