Monte de Santo António — Hotel in Vila do Bispo

I was in Monte de Santo Antonio for five nights in the middle of June with my girlfriend. We fell in love with this place!||First of all the host, Josephine, is of outstanding kindness and disponbility. She makes a basic cleaning of the room and prepares a large and deicious breakfast. As an example of kindness she offered to wash our dirty clothes and we just found them cleaned and piled on our bed in the evening.||A second distinctive trait is the location: located couple of kilometers outside Vila do Bispo the place is rather isolated and extremely quiet. A car is needed to reach the place and to move from it to the various shores and villages in the nearbies. With the landscape dominated by large fields and a small groups of cows this rural hotel really givesyou the feeling of living in contact with nature and is ideal to releas the everyday working-life stress.||The structure is very nicely furnished and results cozy and comfortable.||With only 5 rooms is easy to feel "at home" and we often enjoyed the common living room in absolute tranquillity. We met several others couples from different countries over breakfast during our staying and this also added a little extra to our experience.||There are many activities that can be planned in the nearbies: we decided for horse back riding and surfing among the different possibilities.||We really enjoyed our staying at Monte de Santo Antonio and therefore is from our side...

Location is awesome, with 360 degrees lovely views, including the surrounding farming fields, the ocean and Sagres. It's so quiet! Loved the silence, only broke by the singing birds and the wind... both during the day and the night. ||Staff/owners are nice, friendly and communicative and they add something to the stay... it was great to hear their stories and their main activity, as young farmers, makes everything even more interesting. ||Comfortable bedrooms, promising a reinvigorating night. ||Cozy common spaces, with plenty of options for some time reading or just relaxing. The TV set in the living room as a great selection of channels. ||Availability of basic kitchen elements, like a fridge, a kettle and basic kitchens stuff like cups, glasses, bawls, etc. ||I loved the...
