The worst service ever!!! If there’s a Zero I would give it a -ve!! Comparing to the airport road one which has the best service the Education city hotel has the worst ever!!
Never recommending it to anyone. Premier Inn airport I wish I didn’t extended wrong to the other branch. Premier inn Education City You are the WORST!!!!.
Education city:
The cleaning is very bad in the 3rd floor!! The floor is left not cleaned the tables still have food, they forgot to put Niscafee and Tissue box although the old one was in the garbage empty. They don’t take empty food boxes. And when we call them to bring niscafee they sent 4 bottles of water!! The worst for me was when you see the bathroom you see small hairs in different places! Maybe it’s from the cleaning guy ok. But you think it’s clean ok. But the shock was when looking in the mirror to dress yourself and the bathroom door is opened you can see the black lines inside the toilet which is very ver disappointed and disgusting!!! I added all pictures I could take.
-The keys every day we have to recharge them!! The manager said yes if you go far from the hotel it will be disconnected!! I told him it never happened in any of other hotels he said ours is different!!
We asked them for 2 extra towels since they don’t have bathrobes, they said we can only give one towel for each guest. In the Airport road: They gave us bathrobes and 2 towels, and another extra towel for the floor.
We brought a cake it didn’t fit in the small fridge, we called the restaurant same as you do in other big hotels, i told them can we keep it we brought a bigger size then we’ll take it from you later. They said no it’s prohibited.
We extended for one day, we passed by at night and gave them the booking Id and the confirmation was done, in the morning the receptionist is saying don’t forget the payment, I told her I confirmed yesterday, she said you have to come down and pay before sign out, then I had to go down and do the whole confirmation one more time!
I call the receptionist and ask for 4 laundry bags as am checking out, they brought 2 when I call them they said we can’t give too much!! In the Airport road: they were sad we are leaving and they gave us 4...
Read moreNo doubt rooms and ambience is cool, calm & composed. I liked the cozy part of the room.
Secondly, front office staff Mr. Anil, very co-operative and made sure our check-inn process is smooth.
Before coming to Qatar, I was cordinating with Mr. Anil from the UAE about our visit and request for 3 rooms either connecting either next to each other.
Despite of his duty over, he made sure that I am getting what I’ve requested for. It does not ends here, he went above and beyond, he messaged me on the date of arrival and time of landing as Welcome to Qatar and if there is anything you need let us know, your rooms are ready to be checked-inn, what more a family can demand for to rest after a tyring journey.
From the Food & Beverage part, room service was excellent and quick.
I liked their chicken burger with french fries and chicken wings.
Morning breakfast, amazing spread. Food quality and refil as per requirements.
The staffs in restaurant were amazing, professional and always had smile on their face with being polite, humble and I personally feel being from hospitality background that a good period of investment in terms of staff training has been inculcated by their FnB Manager Mr. Datta.
He not only greeted my family and 6 years old daughter but also made sure our family were comfortable with proper seating arrangements.
I have been to many hotels and resorts, within the region, UAE, India, Saudi etc and have been so far one of the best service by Seyf, Dawa, Mamta, Salim, Fairly, Thin, Upul, Sansiv, Zubair, Jisman and Vinod.
I felt their hospitality are good, hence the best I could do it to return a gift of appreciation which will help them to excel in their career, I wish all the best.
No doubt, it is a team work, hence while my this message is being read by management, kindly consider all other staffs as well for whom I have not mentioned their name.
At the end, let me not forget the kind gentleman Mr. General Manager, forgot to mention your name, you’ve done a splendid job to ensure the dignity and service of this property...
Read moreAbout restaurant: I recently dined at Omnia Restaurant, located within the Premier Inn Doha Education City Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was perfect; I sampled a variety of salads, pizzas, and mocktails, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions.
The service was outstanding, thanks to the attentive and respectful waitstaff, particularly Salim and Ashish, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. A special thanks to Chef Wassib for crafting such delightful dishes that tantalized the taste buds. I highly recommend Omnia Restaurant to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience in Doha.
About hotel: I had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay in Doha, and choosing Premier Inn Hotel in Education City made it even better. The hotel’s atmosphere is warm and inviting, with excellent room service that ensures a comfortable stay.
The gym, though relatively small, is well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. There’s also a swimming pool, which I didn’t get a chance to use, and a convenient car rental service. Everything you need for a relaxing and hassle-free stay is readily available.
A special shoutout to the incredible staff who truly make a difference—Patricia, Anil, and Geeta at reception were exceptionally warm, polite, and welcoming. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to the security team, especially Anuragh, Krishna, and Ephantes, for their kindness and professionalism.
To top it all off, the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend Premier Inn Education City for anyone visiting Doha—great service, great location, and a great...
