I would like to share my disappointing experience during my recent visit to your café. As a well-known and reputable café, it is expected that you should also accept cash payments. Not all customers carry cards, and it would be more considerate to offer flexible payment options to accommodate everyone. I noticed a clear difference in the way customers were treated. It seemed that special attention was given only to Qatari customers, while others, especially Asian customers like myself, were not welcomed in the same manner. This kind of discriminatory service is extremely disappointing. Additionally, I was told not to take a book outside the café, which is understandable if it’s your policy. However, there were no prior signs or clear instructions informing customers. Instead, a staff member came and asked me to return the book myself, which was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Really poor experience this morning. I ordered an egg croissant and it arrived cold. I asked them to heat it up which is quite normal request but I was told it can’t be done even though they have cooking capabilities and a microwave.
