Pensiunea CROWN ROYAL Alba Iulia — Hotel in Alba Iulia

My first time ever (there's a first in everything), after dozens of bookings, when owners tricked me and canceled the room reservation when I was at their hotel door. Although payed for it beforehand, when arrived there they shrugged and blaimed it on the platform. And I wasn't the only one in the above described situation. Owners pretended to look for alternatives until we found another (and more expensive) accommodation. Also we found out several other people encountered same situation in Alba Iulia. Piece of advice: when going to this city double check your reservation. Coming back to this accommodation, the vicinity of a cemetery and of a russian gas station doesn't bring you a smile in the morning. I had a paid reservation on booking. When I arrived at the location, they told me that the booking is invalid, and it's booking fault, but others received a room trough booking as well, maybe because they paid more and they chose to gave rooms to who paid the most. The owner tried to help us find something else, or pretended to help until we left and found something else much pricier.
