Perla Mureșului — Hotel in Alba Iulia

We booked 5 rooms for 5 nights here. The rooms were OK but service in the restaurant was extremely slow - it took about an hour for food to arrive after it had been ordered, and then first and second courses came together.|Worse, on the second night we stayed here the manager had rented the ground floor of the hotel out for some kid's 18th birthday party, and then disappeared, leaving junior staff with no initiative or problem-solving skills in charge. The party went on with very loud music directly beneath our rooms until 3 in the morning - when we complained at 1.30 am that the music was so loud that nobody could sleep, the staff did nothing. We were not told at the time of booking, or later, that there would be noisy parties that would make it impossible to sleep. |Summary: the management is wholly unprofessional and the staff are not up to the job. Avoid this place - if you stay here as a guest, you won't get any sleep; if you try to book it for a party, your party will be disrupted by furious guests who...

We have reanted the dining room for the new years Eve party. It looked ok, could use some renovation but it was acceptable. The personnel was resonably ok, too. We were about 40 people and we did enjoid ourselvs.||Some of us reanted rooms there, i havent asked them how the rooms were, but i havent heared eny comleins either. The location is at the south entrance of Alba Iulia town, in Oarda de Jos village, a bit far from the centre of the town, in case you mind that. Am fost cazati la aceasta pensiune. Am platit in avans, pt 3 nopti, de joi pana duminica, am primit o camera cu asternuturi jilave ( am pornit aerul conditionat sa uscam totul in camera). Din pacate in camera nu era uscator de par, nici un umeras pt haine( era un cuier si un dulap dar fara umerase) , nu era nici un scaun cu spatar. Prosoape am primit pt 2 persoane, noi fiind cazati 3 persoane, iar in seara a doua , pe cand sa ne odihnim , era um chef/ petrecere cu muzica super tare. Nu erau angajatii de fata la chef, nu aveai cu cine discuta de faptul ca nu te poti odihni. Sunand la nr de la rezervare, ni s-a raspuns ca dansii ( presupun proprietarii) nu sunt in locatie, dar cheful nu e asa derajant.... si ca, nu exista ore de liniste, peogramul de odihna fiind in functie de evenimentele pe care le organizeaza ei. Nu au avut bunul simt sa te anubte ca si client ca urmeaza un eveniment galagios......Deci, in concluzie nu recomand...
