Complexul Hotelier Ialomita - Amara — Hotel in Amara

We booked an apartment for 4nights with breakfast included at a very good price:920Ron(@210euro). The apartment had a living room(with a sofa bed) and two bedrooms(king size bed and single bed),tv, bathroom and minibar.|The hotel was recently refurbished and the furniture was new.Rooms were very clean and the hotel staff very friendly.|The hotel has a kids playground, private beach with outside swimming pool, tennis/footbal court, restaurant and terrace. It has a medical treatments spa were you can be treated for different problems, especially reumatic, muscles or bones problems.|The breakfast isn't buffet, but it has 7different options/menu and you can choose...and it's ok.|The terrace outside the hotel has great food at small prices...imagine we had lunch(3adults)...main course, 2nd course, desert and 1 drink each with only 120ron(@30usd)!|Next to the hotel there's another spa with 3 indoor swimming pools, sauna, massage and it's cheap 41ron/day(@10usd) because you get a voucher with 30% discount if you stay at this hotel...otherwise it's 50ron(@13usd).|The resort was perfect for our almost 2years old daughter because she had a lot of space to run around safely and the alleys and park around the resort were kept very clean. There's a very big park with another 4 playgrounds for kids. We also had a folk festival.|It's a perfect place for families with small kids and we will definitely...

Situated on the middle distance between Bucharest and Constanta, Amara is a very old resort & spa located on the middle of distance between Bucharest and Constanta. The hotel is located on the" beach" of Amara lake. It's seems that nothing changed in last 30 years. They painted the hotel inside and out and this is all. The bathroom is absolutely small, 1.5 / 1.5 m. The cleaning is OK, the restaurant also OK, the staff acceptable, they smile very professional, but...I will never come back in this life. But, hello, this is what I have seen, things...

Am fost cazați la acest hotel în concediu, în familie (8 persoane), și din păcate experiența a fost extrem de dezamăgitoare. Cu siguranță nu vom reveni.

Piscinele: Deși hotelul se promovează cu piscine, acestea sunt închise vara și funcționează doar iarna. Singura variantă oferită este o piscină de copii amplasată pe plajă, care era murdară și folosită deopotrivă de adulți și copii, deși conform regulilor ar fi trebuit să fie doar pentru copii între 3-14 ani. În realitate, condițiile nu au nicio legătură cu ce apare în poze.

Personalul: Amabilitatea lipsește complet. Nu primești nici măcar un zâmbet, iar personalul de la centrul wellness și tratamente are o atitudine lipsită total de respect, aproape ca la piață.

Mesele: Deși am avut mesele plătite, am plecat adesea nemâncați. Restaurantul era organizat ca o sală de pomană, cu o masă lungă, toți oaspeții înghesuiți unii lângă alții, fără spațiu de mișcare. Experiența a fost umilitoare – mâncare simplă (ciorbă) servită într-un cadru unde loveai cu cotul vecinul de masă.

Camerele: Singurul aspect pozitiv a fost aerul condiționat, care a făcut șederea suportabilă în zilele de caniculă. Camerele par curate la prima vedere, dar dacă ridici paturile se observă clar că sub ele nu s-a aspirat de mult timp.

Locația: Este păcat de zona frumoasă, plină de pomi și spațiu verde. Cu un management mai bun, hotelul ar putea fi un loc de relaxare plăcut, dar în prezent condițiile nu justifică alegerea.

Concluzie: O locație frumoasă, dar complet compromisă de lipsa de profesionalism, igienă și respect față de clienți. Experiența noastră a fost una foarte neplăcută și nu recomandăm...
