A terrible experience. The room was small, without the possibility of opening a window to ventilate, there was not even a fan in the bathroom. The swimming pool (good by the way) was full of gypsy children, who were making a hellish noise, without the staff saying anything to them.
I understand the need to give acces to anybody who is not checked in at the hotel, for extra money. But none of the guests could get in the pool because of them. You don't pay 4star prices just to be surrounded by the same type of people that you find at a common aqua park. It is NOT ok.
At the bar by the pool, you could not order on the tab of the room. You could only do this at the restaurant, where the range was more limited and more expensive.
If you didn't empty the table next to the chaise longue and the ashtray by yourself, you sat with them like that, because no one came.
Breakfast was a joke, if you arrived after 8.30 you would find no leftovers. The staff were completely disinterested, they barely said hello. You felt satisfied that they didn't swear you in your face(except for the pool bar guy). The restaurant was expensive and the food was not great. There were guests cutting their toenails at the edge of the pool, and the employees were just looking at the, like it was nothing. Absolutely disgusting.
The portion of the lake in front of the hotel was extremely dirty and full of garbage.
I ended up spending more time at an unpretentious terrace in front of the hotel, where there was good food (fast food) and cheap drinks. But at least it was quiet, good services, and always greeted with a smile.
I thought I would find some peace and relaxation, but no chance.
Damn 4 star hotel, 2 stars MAXIMUM.
And im am not a pretentious snob.
If I didn't pay for all 3 days when I arrived, I would leave from the first day.
