Vila Crizantema — Hotel in Băile Govora

Me, my wife and my little girl stayed at the hotel three nights and the the 4th night, our last night we ware evicted without notice and without being present at that moment. We ware dining out in center and surprise surprise when we got to the room we found all our belongings outside the room in garbage plastic bags and the room all cleaned up ready to receive the next guests. Imagine it was past 9 in the evening. In the Vila there was only the receptionist/cleaning lady and she told us she is just fallowing orders, nothing personal, she was informed somebody else is coming in the room that evening. We asked to talk with management and it took us 1 hour to convince him the night was payed at the reception by debit card in advanced. Luckily we also had the payment receipt at hand. He tried everything to convince us we ware wrong and that he did us a favor keeping our stuff in the room after check-out. Nothing helped, in the end he invoked overbooking and that we had to go. Unsure on the situation, we asked some written proof explaining the situation and all communication ended. We had to call the police to have some whiteness to what it happened. First of all, by far the most beautiful room I have ever stayed for this price. Solid wood antique refurbished furniture, original oak parquet, and an enormous bathroom.|The location - priceless, on a small hill in the middle of the forest 200 m from the center of the resort. Locația: liniște, intimitate, în pădure (răcoare, aer curat 24/7). Nota 10 Restaurantul: meniu precomandat; bine gătit; posibilitate de ales mai redusă ținând cont de numărul de turiști/serie, servire promptă, curățenie, măsuță pt. copii mici. Nota 9 Nu sunt locuri de joacă. Nota 5 - 9, depinde de punctul de vedere și de ceea ce-și dorește fiecare. Prize cam insuficiente și lipsă la baie (pt. uscătorul de păr, mașină de ras..., lumina slabă, prost amplasată, nu există ventilator în baie așa că aerisirea este greoaie).
