Trandafirul Galben — Hotel in Băile Herculane

I was part of a big group, of about 11 people, and wanted to have a launch at this hotel(we lived elsewhere in the city), the food was great,but when we had to pay the bill the waiter didn't want to print out a receipt,so we had to pay the bill by looking at the waiter's notes witch we didn't understand,so we asked for the menu so we can do our calculations our self's ,so we had to tell the waiter what we had for launch all over again,all said and done,we did the bill by person,we payed the bill by person and left a tip also,as we where about to leave,the waiter comes back and said we have short of a few lei(not considering the tip),we paid that difference also and we left disgraced about this hotels restaurant.||pros.:has a very nice swimming pool next to...

Hotel is located at the entrance of the resort, about 20 min walking from the old town center. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Both the room prices and the restaurant prices are cheap, below the town average. Food is great, fresh and very tasty. Service is rather fast and the choice of traditional dishes is good. Fish dishes are only few. Wines are priced very cheap, compared to other restaurants. ||Parking is rather crowded, but fine. ||Definitely a good place to stay if you come for the thermal...

Cele 2 Stele oferite sunt pentru curățenia pe care am găsit-o la cazare (intrarea în cameră). Am stat cazați 3 zile ,in care nu sa golit măcar odată coșul de resturi nu am primit hârtie igienică fără să cerem si nici nu sau schimbat nici prosoapele fără să cerem. Nu este aer condiționat și nici plase de insecte la geamuri ca să poți lăsa măcar seara geamu să intre aer curat. Piscina este doar cu apă rece chiar f. rece dar asta este probabil si din cauza poziționării acestuia mai tot timpul e în umbră, maxim 4-5 ore e în soare. Bucătăria cam lasă de dorit: într-o zi ciorbele f.f sărate Din 5 doar 2 ni le-au taiat de la plată. În altă zi sa uitat de o comandă din 7 În altă zi ne-au dat legume mexicane negătite deloc doar descongelate din pungă.
