Hotel Magus — Hotel in Baia Mare

We got at this hotel after we reserved a deceptional hotel - the reality was totally different from the photos listed on the web site. So we decided to stay somewhere else: we found Magus hotel available and suitable to our needs and expectations. It’s well-furnished, classy, clean. The minibar include a free chocolate and the well-known coffee and tea bags. The staff was friendly and caring. The menu in the restaurant is on a table! And something more... they have their own club. We couldn’t party because we stayed over the Easter night and it was closed. We spent one night in this lovely hotel just outside of Baia Mare (city centre is about 15mins drive from hotel). We felt very welcome right from the start thanks to the very friendly and professional staff.||Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed, with a comfortable bed. The hotel was very quiet and there is plenty of (free) car parking space.||Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have had in Romania, with lots of locally made products, and a nice selection of hot and cold food. Also the breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming.||We will definitely stay here again when next...

Excellent place on the outskirts of Baia Mare. This place excels at cleanliness, safety measures, quality of services and personnel to name a few. The personnel, in particular, is very kind and friendly and they do whatever it takes to satisfy your needs. The cherry on the top of their service is the restaurant where the chef takes food art to the next level not only by the way food looks, but also by the way it tastes.
