Net Hotel — Hotel in Bascov

We choose the hotel regarding the ratings. We got there at 10:00 pm after a long way and just wanted some rest. We hot into the room and when i turned the blanket from the bed, the sheet was full of hair. We went at the front desk to have our money back but the refused saying the we already spent 30 minutes in the room ( i waited in the room while my husband was parking the car) . So after they refused the refund we were given another room. A little bit cleaner, but at least no hair in the bed. They could invest more in the cleaning people because it doesn’t matter if the room is modern...

Had a great check-in; the lovely receptionist welcomed me and guided me to the room. The room was upgraded to one with a balcony, for free because of the availability. The room was clean, has a nice design and was pretty large. The wifi in the room was less good, but not a problem for me. Next to that the food in the restaurant was good, and there was enough to choose from. Breakfast is also pretty good; there are several (I believe 7) different menu's and you can choose 1 of them.
