Hotel Melik — Hotel in Borsec

We had accomodation at Pensiunea Melik, 4 stars and really it was a wonderful experience. It was a great pleasure to stay in this pension with a great history. It is a historical monument, and complete renovation to make it a 4 stars accomodation. It has 15 rooms, it is small but very good maintainined. The staff is vey polite and attentive with guests. The pension has a wonderful restaurant. Here you can serve only breakfast and dinner. The Chef is an artist when you look the food that he prepare. We had on 8 November a special menu for the Saint Martin.|We loved all. Worth it to be here...

The service and hospitality at Melik were outstanding - we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms are very clean, and the area surrounding the hotel is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent: diverse, delicious, and prepared with care. Superbă restaurare a unui monument istoric redevenit hotel. Aflată în centrul stațiunii Borsec și la doi pași de Complexul balnear Fontana este un hotel care își merită stelele. Camera noastră a fost la etaj, pe partea care dădea ca vedere spre alt monument istoric Biserica Ortodoxă (1847). Singurul inconvenient a fost mirosul neplăcut de canalizare de la baie. Nu stiu cărui fapt se datorează asta, dar am observat acest lucru în mai multe stațiuni din România din zonele montane. In rest totul este de nota 10. Personalul amabil, gata să răspundă la toate întrebările noastre. Micul dejun și cina au fost un regal. Bucătarul pe care eu pe bună dreptate spun ca este Chef, ne-a uimit cu preparatele sale. Chiar am avut parte si vineri cand sărbatoream numele meu Gabriela, dar și sâmbătă de niște preparate extrem de gustoase dar cu un design aparte. Mulțumim Hotel Melik și vom...
