The Triumph is not located in the city centre and, according to one's willingness and tiredness, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive will lead to Traian Square and its whereabouts. On the other hand, the hotel provides fairly equipped, air conditioned and very clean rooms, as well as smiling, always helpful front desk staff. We experienced no issues whatsoever at the Triumph, even though we changed our booking several times due to work-related constraints. The hotel is about a mile and a half from the city center. It's a short in an expensive cab ride to the city center and back. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were relatively plain in the beds were not particularly comfortable. We were there during hot day in the air-conditioning worked just fine. The restaurant has good food but unfortunately about 80% of the people are smoking at all times in the restaurant. The breakfast is served from a relatively limited menu and it's not...

Beginnen wir mit dem Positiven!||Lage des Hotels: nahe am Zentrum und doch relativ ruhig.||Die Betten/Matratzen waren ausgezeichnet!||Preis ist OK...wenn...||Wir wollten ein Doppelzimmer, bekamen aber ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und...es roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch-obwohl laut Rezeptionistin ALLE ZIMMER NICHTRAUCHERZIMMER sind. Nach eine kleine Diskussion bekamen wir dann ein Doppelzimmer, auch mit Zigarettengeruch aber in ein erträgliches Ausmaß. Allerdings war hier das Badezimmer in einen "nicht sehr hygienischer Zustand" .Wiederum Rezeptionistin gehollt. Sie fragte (!) uns, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer haben wollten. Das "neue" Zimmer war ausgelegt mit einen Teppichboden - wobei uns auffiel, dass die Zimmermädchen beim "saubermachen" keine Staubsauger mitbrachten...Ich weiß das es "nur" ein 3 Sternen Hotel ist. Aber Sauberkeit hat nichts mit Sternen zu tun: Jedes Hotel unabhängig von seine Sternen muss sauber sein! Und das ist hier nicht der Fall||Frühstück ist auch eine Besonderheit: es gibt in der Menükarte 9 verschiedene Frühstücksvarianten (nur eine davon hat Butter dabei) jeweil mit 1 Kaffee oder 1 Thee. Jawohl eine (1) Tasse, eine zweite Tasse ist NICHT im Preis inkludiert und muss extra bezahlt werden. Nicht Zeitgemäß! Ich kann die guten Kritieken von den anderen Gäste nicht nachvollziehen, deswegen von uns eine leider nur...
