Pensiunea Reset Club — Hotel in Brăila

Small room, but extra comfy and has all you need (AC, mini fridge, closet, heater, desk, table, free toiletries, TV). Great bathroom, the shower cabin is very good, no water leakage, hot water always, towel changed and room cleaned everyday. Room was spotless, everything seemed new. Also very quiet, had a good night sleep. Room temperature was great. No restaurant on site, but you can order form their pizza shop or other delivery options. Honestly, stayed in 3 stars hotels that weren't this comfy and clean. Only thing I disliked was the location, at the end of a shady aley, near a construction site and some backs; not the best area for women travelers, especially arriving at night (it seemed unsafe, but, nothing happened during our 4 day stay). There's a bar at the first floor (only saw men inside) and I didn't find the reception, had to phone call for someone to give us our room (this may be unpractical for foreign travelers). Also, no view. Rooms face a hallway and you have to keep the curtains shut all day for privacy. Check out procedure great: as long as you pay during your stay you can just leave the key in the room and leave. Staff was nice and arranged another 2 nights after the ones I booked before arriving, as our plans changed (must say it wasn't the busiest time of the year for travel...

Revin cu siguranta ! Camera mica, dar totuși spațioasă. Nu se observa spațiul mic, pentru ca mobilierul e aranjat de asa natura ca da spatialitate si nu te împiedici de nimic. Paturi foarte confortabile, cu saltele relaxa groase, cearșafuri albe și apretate, impecabile, cum doar tatăl meu le făcea. Baia foarte curata și echipata cu săpun foarte frumos mirositor, apa calda, baterie de dus și chiuveta noi și moderne foarte curate. Televizorul mare agățat pe perete, fiqrte pergormsnt și forțat cu toate programele decente. Personalul foarte primitor. Mi-au explicat la telefon exact pe unde sa ajung. În fata clădirii teren de fotbal unde jucau deja doua echipe. Era 22.15 și m-am temut ca o sa fie zgomot de la jocul lor. Dar NU ! Era liniște, nu se auzea nimic de pe teren. RECOMAND ! Tot ce îmi pare rău... e ca nu am stat decât o noapte. Camera 3 este minunata !...

The place from horror story. I find this place on booking service and I was so much shocked and disappointed like never before. If you’re foreigner they will make jokes and humiliate you in better case. In worth case you will learn who you are and where you must go according them. No respect to people. They wanted to cheat us. They wanted 4000 lei for 1 nights from 3 people. When we said that already booked on website price suddenly changed. Бо це місце, де вас точно будуть принижувати на румунській мові щоб ви не зрозуміли, а потім ще й на російській розкажуть хто ви такі і як вони ненавидять вас. Жодної поваги.
