Inspire View — Hotel in Bran

A truly special place with some room for improvement.

This guesthouse is a little paradise! The location is absolutely magical! With breathtaking views of the mountains and even Bran Castle. The yard is a dream for both adults and children: hammocks, sun beds, swings, a playground, and a trampoline make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The house itself is beautifully decorated, and the owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can really feel the love and effort they’ve put into creating this place.

That said, there were a few aspects of our stay that could use some attention. The room we received didn’t quite match the description on Booking. We expected two separate rooms (one with a double bed and one with three single beds) and a shared common area. Instead, we got one open space with two double beds and one single bed, which was challenging for our group (my husband and I, our 4-year-old son, my brother, and my mother). Without doors or separation between sleeping areas, it was hard to find privacy or allow for different sleep schedules.

Additionally, there were some maintenance issues. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the shower didn't drain and caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor, some lights didn't work and a few electrical sockets weren’t working. These things made the stay a bit less comfortable than it could have been.

Still, I want to emphasize that this is clearly a family-run place built with heart, care, and vision. I suspect that maybe after the challenges of recent years (like COVID), some areas haven’t received the upkeep they deserve, but the potential is huge, and it already offers a wonderful experience overall.

I’m truly happy we stayed here, and I’m grateful to have met such lovely people. I would gladly return and sincerely hope that with a little extra attention to the practical details, this place will become nothing...

We stayed at Inspire View Boutique for a short getaway with our 2-year-old son and really enjoyed the peaceful setting. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with a terrace offering stunning views of the mountains — the kind of place where you just stop and breathe.|The restaurant downstairs was a great bonus. The food was delicious, the portions generous, and the staff friendly. It was especially convenient not having to go elsewhere for meals with a toddler in tow.|There is also a small playground in the yard, which we were happy to see — but unfortunately, due to heavy rain in the days before our arrival, it hadn’t been cleaned and wasn’t really usable. The swings and slide were dirty, which was a shame because the space itself has a lot of potential for families. That said, our son still had a great time! There was plenty of open space around the property for him to run, explore, and burn off energy — and he absolutely loved playing with the friendly dogs from the property. |The access road is a bit steep and unpaved at the top, so it may be tricky in bad weather, but it’s manageable with a bit of care.|Overall, we had a lovely stay. Rooms are big and nicely decorated with great view towards mountains. If you go down to restaurant terrace, the view is even better - you can see both Bucegi and Piatra Craiului mountains.|We loved the garden, big and with several areas so you can spend time outside not disturbed by the other guests. |We loved the food prepared by granny of the house. Don't miss the food at Inspire, it's an exception to find such a good restaurant in Bran area - the other restaurants in Bran are average or below (they don't struggle much for quality as there are lot of tourists and will eat anyhow).|Last but not least - the owners are making a huge difference at Inspire, they make you feel so welcomed, they are making extra steps to accomodate your needs and ensure you have a great stay.
