Hotel Premiere — Hotel in Bucharest

I stayed with my family and friends at this hotel, and we had a terrible experience. First, we were asked to pay extra for breakfast (10 euros for a yogurt). We were lied to about having access to indoor parking, but when we arrived, there was nowhere to park. At 5:40 PM, we arrived at the rooms with two tired and slightly noisy children, and the owner came and yelled at one of my kids, threatening to kick us out of the hotel because he heard noise. The walls are damaged, and the bathroom smells bad (we booked 5 rooms as a group). The breakfast was very limited, and we had to beg for coffee in the morning—it was pathetic. They are taking advantage of our money. The owner kept threatening to throw us out of the hotel. The kids were traumatized and cried...

Big room, close to the metro station. Small parking area. I arrived around one pm and the lady which appeared in the reception area from an office next to reception told me to come at two pm without giving me any reasons, apart from the one that, two pm is check-in hour. They didn't care that i'm coming after six hours of driving and was winter outside. I stayed in the car one hour because of this. Hotel liegt am östlichen Ende von Bukarest. Schlicht und einfach. Personal unterschiedlich sprachgewandt. Am ersten tag konnte der Receptionist neben Englisch auch etwas Deutsch. Die Tage danach, wo andere da waren, konnte keiner mehr sogar Englisch. Mit Händen und Füssen musste teilweise "gesprochen" werden um an Informationen zu gelangen. Dementsprechend war die allgemeine Kommunikation im Hotel zwischen ausländischem Gast und Personal eher spärlich. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht. Ein seperates WC mit Dusche und einen TV. Die Zimmer gehen von der 1.-6. Etage. Der Fahrstuhl fährt aber maximal bis zur 5. Wer im 6. wohnt, muss eine Etage laufen. Finde ich aber nicht schlimm. Das Frühstück ist für Mittel-/und Westeuropär gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es ist sehr sparsam aufgefüllt. Es ist sicherlich gut das man vor lauter Angeboten nicht erschlagen wird, aber die Auswahl war schon recht wenig. Das Omelett ist dafür aber richtig gut. Am letzten Tag gab es aber eine böse Überraschung beim Frühstück. Die Brötchen waren so steinhart, das ich hätte damit jemanden wehtun können. Das Personal (eine weibliche Kellnerin) konnte nicht helfen, da sie nicht verstand was ich wollte. Das einfachste Englisch wird dort nicht verstanden.
