Complex Cazare Balea Transfagarasan — Hotel in Cârțișoara

I loved my stay. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms functional, and the large guest kitchen is QUITE nice.

I would certainly come again, as it's everything I need at avery reasonable price. If you want fancy of any sort find a hotel with stars or a ski lodge. If you want comfortable lodging, with responsive hosts and a quaint location, this is the spot.

Ps we had the cutest sheets on the smaller of two beds. I wish I had them...

Camere foarte curate, baie decenta (dar cu o fereastra ce te priveaza de intimitate), bucatarie comuna si loc de masa generos. Problema a fost legata de rezervarea apartamentukui. Am sunat la nrul de telefon cu cateva zile inainte de cazare, unde ni s-a confirmat ca au disponibil un apartament cu 2 dormitoare si 1 baie la 280ron/noapte. Am ajuns la locatie seara la ora 21, cand ni s-a spus ca de fapt apartamentul a fost rezervat intre timp prin booking si ca ne poate oferi 2 camere, la pret intreg deci 400ron/noapte. Mentionez ca eram insotiti de fiul nostru de 1an jumate iar in ziua cazarii am avut un schimb de mesaje cu proprietarul prin care il asiguram ca ajungem la locatie la o ora tarzie(dar niciodata propr nu a mentionat ca este o problema cu rezervarea noastra). S-a ajuns la un pret de 325ron/noapte din prisma faptului ca nu am dorit sa cautam cazare noua la ora aceea tarzie, cu copilul mic in masina. Nemultumirea este data de faptul ca noi nu am gresit cu absolut nimic pe aceasta speta, iar "greseala" a fost asumata de bugetul nostru.
