The receptionist is the worst customer service from my entire life. Very arrogant and angry. I've tried to speak with her but she just went away from conversation and went somewhere when I was talking with her. Another frustration is about BBQ facilities, on the booking website they have bbq facilities, but when we arrived they didn't provide them anymore because they opened a restaurant here, and you cannot cook your own meal (in our case bbq). Actually, it is a good place to stay. The hotel, room and bathroom were quite clean. We were in low season (beginning of September) and there were hardly any guests. No restaurant available in the hotel. The biggest annoyance we experienced and not to neglect was the pricing. By phone we were told a price by day which we accepted. When we arrived at night, an apparently our status was assessed, the price was increased by 33%. If you experience this you can go to another hotel close to this one. There are a plenty of them. Especially in low season, there shouldn't be an issue. Or book the hotel via official hotel...

Am stat la această pensiune timp de 3 zile și din păcate experiența a fost una de coșmar, de la cazare până la mâncare și servicii. • Apa la baie: nu am avut deloc apă caldă, doar apă rece. Doamna de la recepție ne-a spus să lăsăm apa să curgă mai mult ca să vină caldă, dar indiferent cât am încercat nu s-a întâmplat nimic. Am stat 3 zile fără să putem face un duș normal. • Mâncarea: în prima seară am comandat cartofi cu mici și a fost în regulă. A doua zi însă, cartofii erau complet diferiți, făcuți în silă, iar micii lipseau. Când am semnalat ospătarului, ne-a spus că „a uitat” și i-a adus ulterior cruzi, de nemâncat. În plus, ni s-a spus că „s-au schimbat cartofii”, dar în același timp, altor clienți le-au fost aduși cartofi prăjiți normali, ca în prima seară. Practic, noi am primit o mâncare de calitate inferioară, tratându-ne ca pe niște clienți de mâna a doua. Am făcut și poze ca dovadă. • Serviciile: ospătarul greșea mereu comenzile, paharele erau murdare, iar la un preparat de 80 lei din meniu am fost refuzați să comandăm o singură porție, pe motiv că „nu arată bine farfuria” și trebuie obligatoriu două. În plus, altor oaspeți li s-au oferit papuci pentru piscină, dar nouă nu. Diferența de tratament a fost evidentă și umilitoare. • Dotările: nu am avut hârtie igienică, iar uscătorul de păr, deși era trecut pe booking ca fiind disponibil, lipsea complet.

Concluzie: am plătit pentru 3 zile de cazare și am primit doar apă rece la baie, mâncare crudă sau făcută „în scârbă”, servicii murdare și un tratament diferit față de alți clienți. O experiență extrem de neplăcută, pe care nu o...
