The proprietor was very kind to be sure all of my needs were met and went out of his way to be sure I knew how to get to where I wanted, connected me with a great taxi service, offered to order dinner for me to be delivered, and showed personal interest pleasing his client. I have made a reservation on the phone for 3 roms for 4 days and they called me the next day to tell me that they are expecting a larger group so they cannot receive us. They called me on the evening before the day i should be there. That.s the reason i vouldn.t go to caransebes anymore because i didn.t found any more rooms to other locations. That.s not the way you treat...

Patul nu a fost foarte confortabil, si pe langa asta si scartaia foarte tare la orice miscare. Dar nici macar nu asta a fost cel mai deranjant, ci atitudinea proprietarului. Am fost un grup mai mare si ne-am rezervat dinainte camerele. Din pacate, unii din grup n-au mai putut sa ajunga (1 camera dubla), ceea ce l-a determinat pe proprietar, sa vina dupa noi (noi restul care am ajuns si ne-am cazat) la restaurant in timp ce luam cina, si sa ne ceara (cerseasca) banii pe camera rezervata. Degeaba i-am explicat proprietaului, ca ceilalti colegi au avut ceva probleme pe drum si nu mai au cum sa ajunga, replica dansului a fost: "Fiecare cu afacerile lui. Eu puteam sa dau camera altcuiva dar am tinut-o pentru voi (ceea ce ar fi fost de inteles, daca intr-adevar mai avea si alti clienti cazati, dar am fost doar noi cazati acolo, si pe langa asta mai avea mai multe camere libere/goale). Macar 100 de lei sa-mi platiti din 120 cat e camera." Avand in vedere si situatia actuala de covid-19, proprietarul pensiunii ar trebui sa-si asume ca exista riscul (mai ridicat) de a rezerva camere, dar sa nu mai poata...
