Green Guesthouse — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

The only thing that pleased us was the waitress from the restaurant, extremely welcoming and warm, Miss Paula. Rooms extremely ok at first glance. I noticed afterwards though that the TV did not work, there was a leaking air conditioning, a shower door was smashed in our heads without us doing anything and I could have got over them all if the staff would have shown a professional attitude. Instead, we felt worse than at camp. Being a group of 27 teenagers who came to Untold, we were sent to rooms or out of the pension at 11 pm. We wanted to spend some hours on the terrace, but the staff didn't let us, because apparently we could've disturbed the neighbors (who were also up until 4 am) or people in the pension. I spoke one night to the manager to stay up later on the terrace, she saw that we were quiet and it was ok. After she left, we were alone with the person on the nightshift. In 20 minutes, he called security and police. I was offended (drug addict, desperate, uneducated) without reason. After I thought we have solved the problem that night and the manager apologized, the next morning we were awakened by the cleaning lady, who by revenge that we didn't let her colleague sleep, she turned the TV to maximum and broke bottles right in front of our rooms. Besides, the administrator yelled at us on the grounds that we acted the same the other night and the cleaning lady had every right to act like that. There were cameras on the terrace, security checked them and said that we were right, we were quiet. In conclusion, if you are young, with a larger group and you want to stay on the terrace or in the hostel until later in the night, you can't, even if you keep quiet. I found Pensiunea Verde by chance as my usual accomadation was full due to a festival that particular weekend. Location is halfway between Cluj airport and the city centre. This makes it very a convenient 10 minutes to either.|On arrival, lady staff member was very welcoming and I checked in quickly & without issue.|My room was very clean and nicely decorated. |Accomadation has food available, of which I took breakfast. Food was freshly prepared with a selection of cold meats, cheeses and hot fried eggs & sausages. A small salad selection was also available with ceareals & yogurt, tea and coffee.|There is a small bar and an outside table area to relax with a drink. very noisy location due to the near-flying airplanes and trains. poor quality staff. cheap quality food. clean rooms. Internet almost non-existent. after 22.30 you will be denied access to the covered terrace because so they want the owners of the location. when it was explained to them that it is illegal to block the access of tourists to the dependencies of the tourist location, the staff wanted to call the security firm. at the end of the trip, I have a bitter taste and I am very tired.
