When the concerns has been reported to the owner/boss, she went, "that is normal this time of the year, because it is a rural area". She also been rude and blamed us for leaving food in the room. You expect to have an investigation to remove the mouse and clean they room by professionals, however they placed a mouse trap under the bed and they accommodated another guest strait away in the room without saying anything to them. Although at first I was impressed by how easily I could talk about renting the entire hostel, in fact here the problems started. |||| I had the contract for 10 rooms, but the owner called me in two days telling me that for 2 rooms he had reservation on booking and I had to look for others in the nearby.|||| If someone arrives after 10 PM or wants to go out at night, the cannot because they are locked with the key in the pension.|||| For air conditioned you pay extra 3 Euro, this fact is not mentioned anywhere.|||| Don't take breakfast there, unless a tea and a boiled egg are ok for you|||| Don't go there when the temperature is lower then 21 degrees Celsius outside, you would not get heat because it is expensive for the owner. |||| The WiFi works only at the reception.|||| Low conditions (soap, shampoo) in the bathroom.|||| AND THE MOST DISCOURAGING FACT IS THAT IF YOU ASK FOR WHAT YOU'RE ENTITLED TO, YOU WILL GET AN AT LEAST 45 MINUTES ARGUE WITH THE OWNER, WITH NO POSITIVE ENDING AND PERMANENT INTIMIDATION...
